I had a rent house come vacant and am in process of doing some repairs to get it ready to sell. I noticed some cracks in the stemwall on one side of the house. I contacted Groundworks to inspect it. A gentleman named Dylan came by and did a thorough inspection and gave me a proposal for peering the wall. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. The next day he called me to inform me that it would be over two months out. I told him I had a problem with the timeline and he said he would see if anything could be done to shorten the lead time. In the meantime I contacted another company and they said they could do the work quickly and gave me a quote. Groundworks came back with a start date much quicker. The other company's proposal was much cheaper. Groundworks warranty and quality of product is very impressive but since I am selling the property keeping the cost down I important. If it were going to be my long term home I would have gone with them. The other company I chose was highly recommended. I would give Groundworks a 5 star rating. They are great to work with.

We are very pleased with the groundworks team. Kevin explained our needed repairs well during the inspection. They bumped up our repair date. Rama k, Tyler k, louis v, Damien r and Caleb m were amazing. We needed a lot of repair but the team worked very hard and this is a needed adjustment for our home that will allow us to enjoy it for yrs to come without worry. The consultant that came out to assess our needs was very professional and honest. But the crew that did the installation (John, Damian, Strider and Vitor) was top notch! Professional, courteous, respectful of our property and friendly as well. Kept me informed at every step and gave explanations for all my questions. When the job was done they left the worksite pristine. While I hope not to have to get more work done, if I did I would go back to this group.

Groundworks just finish my slab repair and I’m elated! From the inspector, Donald Richardson, which did a thorough job going through the procedures to repair the slab. To when the repair crew, Hunter and Jones, came out and Hunter went over what they’re we’re going to do to repair the slab. I was amazing how precise they were in lifting the stab and continually cleaning up after themselves. When they were finished, Hunter and I went through checking all the door alignments and that I’m getting good air flow through all my HVAC vents. I think for the first time since I bought the house 15 years ago all my doors are open and closing correctly now. I have worked with a lot of service companies over my 75 years and this is one of the best companies I have used for service! they was great from start to finish plus the pricing is very competitive. if you have a slab problem you need to call Groundworks! Chris and Brandon came to stableize my slab. Chris did a good job of explaining what he was doing, and how he watched my existing cracks to see if they were contracting, or at one point he stopped the injection because the crack was expanding. He let me know of a void under the slab at one place that he was able to fill. And he did a great job of drilling in the grout between tiles so the tiles in the entry didn't chip. Brandon came along behind him and leveled off where the mixture came up through the holes, and dusted away concrete residue. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they were late due to a meeting at headquarters that ran overtime, and when they hit my mailbox on the way out they didn't come back to tell me. But their work is 5-star.

I'm getting my pennies together to use the service but I'm incredibly impressed by their application and the differences between them and the other companies. I would like to give a very special shout out to both Dylan Johnson & Scott Asmore. They were incredibly thorough on the business side and really fun to talk to on the personal side. I had 3 companies come out and give me a quote to restabilze the crawl space supports on my house. Groundworks actually ended up being a little higher than the other 2, but I decided to use them. My reasoning was they were actually going to install a few more supports and add a couple more joists than the other companies. They are also the only one that offered financing. The whole process was so easy, the crew was fantastic as well. They were personable, explained everything, and gave me updates as they worked. I want to give a huge shout out to Rama, Tyler and Skyler, they were fantastic!
