House foundation and slab are in bad shape. Unfortunately, I don't think piers on the outside are the solution. Having said that, Blake and his crew from the Colorado branch did an amazing job with what they had to work with. They explained every step and answered all my questions. Then, made it look like they were never there when they were finished. So this 5 star is for them. Thanks for the hard work, guys!

We haven't "pull the trigger" yet, but from the initial call I made to Scott driving off, every part of the appointment was awesome. They have tools in their arsenal to make anyone jealous. After examining our "situation" carefully, Scott went to his truck for about 15-20 minutes and came back with a presentation that wowed my wife and I. He explained everything and tried to taylor the estimate to our budget. He absolutely WAS NOT pushy or overbearing with the bid packet. The information he left us more than explained or answered our questions (not that we had any). Scott and Groundworks are polite and professional.

Groundworks just finish my slab repair and I’m elated! From the inspector, Donald Richardson, which did a thorough job going through the procedures to repair the slab. To when the repair crew, Hunter and Jones, came out and Hunter went over what they’re we’re going to do to repair the slab. I was amazing how precise they were in lifting the stab and continually cleaning up after themselves. When they were finished, Hunter and I went through checking all the door alignments and that I’m getting good air flow through all my HVAC vents. I think for the first time since I bought the house 15 years ago all my doors are open and closing correctly now. I have worked with a lot of service companies over my 75 years and this is one of the best companies I have used for service! they was great from start to finish plus the pricing is very competitive. if you have a slab problem you need to call Groundworks! Dez, Julien and Tony did a good job, very polite and respectful. I was not able to inspect the work due to an injury but was able to see the levels as they jacked up the floor joists, and they did get the floors level and close up some of the gaps. It was a pleasure to do business with Groundworks, the entire process was spelled out and it went down that way. Kudos again to Benjamin the salesman and to Dez and his crew👍👍👍

I'm getting my pennies together to use the service but I'm incredibly impressed by their application and the differences between them and the other companies. I would like to give a very special shout out to both Dylan Johnson & Scott Asmore. They were incredibly thorough on the business side and really fun to talk to on the personal side. By the the time they left I was hoping we would end up grabbing a pint and having a fish fry together…. preferably in my kitchen with a new stable foundation. Very solid people.

Groundworks ROCKS! From the initial visit by Adam who inspected my entire 100 year old house and laid out a plan of action, to the crew who came out to take care of the situation I was 100% satisfied with this company! Communication and explanation from everyone involved was thorough and easily understood throughout the inspection to the completion of the job. Mark, Kevin and Marcos were all so friendly and respectful on every level. Many thanks to Irving for coming over to lend his expertise and also to Bill for coming out with added support during the work. “BONUS” (? lol): While digging along one side of the basement wall, Irving discovered a sink hole surrounding the old clay clean-out piping. That connection down to the sewer line was no longer properly attached all the way which allowed a slow leak for who knows how long. That was definitely to my advantage so that I could get that repair completed while the dig out was still open. I also appreciated a completion visit from Matthew. What a great team!!! Donna

These 3 men did the most outstanding job!!! Harold Ward, Frank Lopez, & Elmo Orozoco worked a solid two days, took NO BREAKS except a short lunch both days! I'm old school, grew up in the 40s & 50s, when you did see hard work done! Was told, they would have to take out sm tree, & probably 2-3 bushes! Took out one bush, and returned it to its original spot!! Don't know what you pay them, none of my business, but when I had employees that worked like that, I made damn sure they were Happy!!!
