They got two days of expected work done in a day. crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Dusty Miller, Connar O'Leary, and Jonah Godeck were great. we have a three year maintenance contract to finish raising the house slowly.

This was a simple installation of a sump pump. Brandon was the lead and South and Andrew made up the entire crew. They were very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very good at explaining what they were going to do and answered all my questions and concerns. Unfortunately for me another issue was determined so more work has to be done. This issue was explained fully and I was given other options to correct the issue. I appreciated their honesty. They cleaned up the area when work was completed. They were all pleasant and courteous which I was very impressed with. Overall a great group of guys.

We have a bermed concrete house in a hillside, and a small storage unit at one side had started leaking through the floor. A heavy rain or snow melting day would leave a major puddle, so I worried about it getting worse, and mold. I saw the Groundworks ad on TV. (Good grief.) I called, had a quickly schedules visitation, an assessment, and a very fast turnaround with workers installing a sump system in 2 days of work. After I discovered my basement concrete floors were settling I contacted Groundworks to assess the problem and propose a repair. After consulting with Groundworks I decided to proceed with injecting structural foam under the concrete to raise the slabs and stabilize the soils. Colton Mohr did the foam injection work and he was very competent and the slabs did raise to their original position. I really appreciated Colton's experience in discussing potential problems with the floor finishes on the slabs and we arrived at a plan of attack to minimize potential risks the the floor finishes. I would not hesitate to contact Colton again if I ever have the need.

Rally Vega was my certified field inspector and did a fantastic job. She was very thorough, stayed on the property for two and a half hours. After that time, she determined there was nothing wrong with my foundation. She pointed out minor cosmetic irregularities which I had not noticed on my own. I was extremely impressed with her honesty and professional ethics. She was also a joy to be around. I believe Rally and Groundworks will serve well with any issues that may present themselves regarding your home. Definite thumbs up!
