All the workers were introduced to me by Jerome and every step of the process was explained to me and I was given reports as they progressed. The unevenness of the slabs has been an eyesore for a couple years, not to mention a hazard for my kids when they’re riding bikes and skateboarding. I finally decided to get Groundwork’s to take care of it and that they did. The guys were extremely responsive, answered all of my questions”just curious” questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. We have a bermed concrete house in a hillside, and a small storage unit at one side had started leaking through the floor. A heavy rain or snow melting day would leave a major puddle, so I worried about it getting worse, and mold. I saw the Groundworks ad on TV. (Good grief.) I called, had a quickly schedules visitation, an assessment, and a very fast turnaround with workers installing a sump system in 2 days of work. A lesser man/company could have led me down a very expensive path which would have made no more difference than his much less expensive route.
