I was super tired of my leaky basement and decided to do something about it. I looked into Basement Authority because I was seeing commercials and ads all over the place. I read reviews and watched multiple videos of the work they did. I contacted them through the website for an estimate. They sent Mike Cornecelli to do my estimate. Mike was very open and honest about what I needed and what he could do to help me. I can imagine there is a more knowledgeable person out there because he did a very thorough inspection and took pics and measurements. He made a plan on his laptop and showed me exactly what was going to happen and scheduled my appointment for installation. I needed wall supports, a gutter system and vapor barrier to fix the issues going on. My original date of install was moved up 3 weeks, which I am really grateful for. I had good communication throughout the whole process and the men worked every day until it was completed. I have zero complaints and highly recommend everyone use Basement Authority to fix your basement issues. I have learned so much about why leaks happen and how to correct them. Every man on the job was extremely polite and quick to answer any questions I had. They also offer a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home and yearly inspections to ensure everything is working properly. Contact Mike C and your problems will be fixed correctly and quickly. Michael Cornecelli came to Elizabeth WV, to look at our Crawlspace, he found things which we suspected were an issue and did not want to hear were true, but in reality things happen. He was thorough and detailed. I felt that his past experiences with homes and construction, helped him and us understand the real problems we were facing and have a more informed corrective action to resolve. I have peace of mind knowing that real professionals will help to keep us moving forward without more problem evolving. Air quality in our home will be better and damages will cease to persist. Thank you Michael for your help and explanations breaking it all down. We are looking forward to having our home revived.

Not only was he courteous, kind, knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was able to save me money on a mishap that was about to happen. He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. Nick was polite and explained what he had done and allowed me to ask questions as needed. I will certainly tell other individuals about your service and how dedicated your employees are about keeping the product maintained and keep the customer informed.
