I meet with Mike C. to obtain a quote to address water leakage into the basement from rain and foundation issues caused by years of water inundation. Also, to get a quote to seal up the crawl space. (The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. Seems his concern was more about what was best for my situation rather than profit. I really appreciated that. I predict the construction phase will be very good; based upon the interaction with Mike C.

Michael Cornecelli came to Elizabeth WV, to look at our Crawlspace, he found things which we suspected were an issue and did not want to hear were true, but in reality things happen. He was thorough and detailed. I felt that his past experiences with homes and construction, helped him and us understand the real problems we were facing and have a more informed corrective action to resolve. I have peace of mind knowing that real professionals will help to keep us moving forward without more problem evolving. Air quality in our home will be better and damages will cease to persist. After they left, the wall seal no longer sagged, the concrete was level and neat, and the system was functioning correctly. They had found the error that was causing our system to fail and corrected it. They were very knowledgeable and even educated me on the system before leaving. We pray we have no more issues, but definitely would want Aden, Jaeden, and Ralph to come back to fix if anything arose.

Tim was professional and courteous while being very thorough and transparent on all the work that we needed done. He walked us through each issue and how they would repair it. Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time.
