Dry Pro technicians Will, Charles, and Marco are an all-star team! I chose Dry Pro to do my encapsulation, based on recommendations from some trusted contacts, but I was not sure if they would live up to the hype. Well, they did! The foreman (Will) was first class with his communication and explained everything. There were no surprises, except how much they got done and how fast with 3 people. I am fully satisfied with their work.

DryPro came out and installed a permanent solution to a damp corner in our basement. We had a very positive experience from start to finish. Chris gave us a reasonable quote after carefully inspecting our problem inside and out. Everything was explained thoroughly and we were never pressured into making an immediate decision. Once we opted to accept their proposal, the work was scheduled in a very timely manner. Everyone showed up on time and our work was done in a matter of hours. Oscar, Paulino, and Bryant were very professional, worked non-stop, and did an excellent job. They did not leave until they made sure we had no questions, were pleased with their work, and our property was left in good order.
