My garage floor was buckled up in places because the fill dirt below had eroded. Dry Pro's representative Aldon Frostad went over the complete project in detail with me, outlining the plan and explaining the process. He saved me thousands of dollars by offering a solution that did not entail building a new retaining wall. The technicians Spencer and Ethan were very knowledgeable about their work and very thorough. They did a fantastic job, and my garage floor is now level with cracks patched neatly. They are both very efficient, capable, and personable young men One special thing was that if it hadn't been for Spencer's quick response, I might have been killed or critically injured because of my own negligence. I was standing directly under a huge rollaway door that I had not secured properly. It unrolled, crashing down right above me. Spencer instantly reached up and stopped the door only inches from the top of my head. Thanks to his alertness and quickness, I was unscathed!

We would wholeheartedly recommend and thank Cam, Ethan W. and Brandon. They worked so hard correcting all our crawl space problems both structural and moisture related. It looks wonderful, but most importantly the air quality and structure of our home is now safer. We also thank Chase, the Field Inspector who spent careful, meticulous time determining what our problems were and developed the in-depth plan to solve those problems. Thank you all for all you did!! My service technician Mark Bures was fantastic. I purchased a home with an existing system and today was my first annual visit (fee waiver because new customer). Based on the many pictures from his inspection and thorough explanation I am thrilled with the sense of security I feel with my crawl space enclosure. Highly recommended!!
