Earlier today, Mike Gold from Groundworks inspected our sump pump and seal lining that was installed last year. Despite a long drive to the mountains from Denver, Mike was right on time. In fact, Mike thoughtfully called beforehand to see if ok to come about an hour earlier, and texted me when he was 5 mins away. Mike’s demeanor was both professional and pleasant. Mike did a full inspection and test of the system, as well as re-attached part of our crawlspace seal lining to our wall, in 30 minutes. Mike showed me photos, and even looked for potential mouse droppings at my request. For our future inspections, I’m going to ask for Mike. Groundworks is fortunate to have him on their team. Thanks again Mike.

Communication from the Groundworks team was clear and concise from the time of problem assessment, through job planning, scheduling and coordination. Workers arrived exactly when they said they would and were respectful, hardworking and polite. Ernest, Diego and Shahid encountered some challenges as my neighborhood is full of rocks, but they worked through the difficulties, and communicated well and inspired calm when the plan we had made needed to be altered. Groundworks is likely not the cheapest bid you might receive, but it is well managed and coordinated and helped me feel that every dollar was worth it. Thanks guys!

The three young men who performed our work were amazing. Hardworking, diligent, courteous and competent. The weather was snowy and very cold yet they persevered. They protected our home with walking material and were very careful. The bolts were completed very satisfactorily inside and out. They restored the dirt and grass so well. We are very happy with the service provided by the entire Groundworks team. Our inspector Nick was thorough and extremely patient with us as we worked through the various water related issues and solutions. We appreciated his knowledge and detailed explanations. On install day we had two fabulous crews that did the work. Franciso, Rene and Carlos replaced our sump pump and had the super tough job of digging the trench for the discharge line. They were on time, professional, courteous and made sure everything was left neat and clean. The concrete lift crew of Manuel and Carlos also did a great job. Everyone did such a good job of communicating expectations and keeping us informed as work progressed. I would highly recommend Groundworks to my friends and neighbors.

Groundworks Denver is Customer Focused! We hired groundworks to re-level 40-year old concrete front patio & steps that was sagging into the ground, and taking our front porch along with it. Manuel Bello & Jose Ortiz did the liftwork under my supervision, and unfortunately the laws of physics did not resolve the issue with my porch. The lifting & deep ground penetration was otherwise a great success under Manuel's leadership. After the primary work was completed the district manager Darren Clark reached out to me. I commended him on the quality of the work, but also my frustration that the porch was still having issues. He and his team lead Mike worked with me, and yesterday Francisco Cortez, Salvador Pulido & Rene Guzman came out & helped reset the porch onto the concrete caissons with a very creative and innovative approach. I was very impressed with the overall focus on customer service, the exceptional attitudes and friendliness of everyone involved, and the follow-through. A+ for Groundworks Denver!

The person (Kalen) who came to review the product and installation was professional, knowledgeable and reviewed their product without pressure. The crew who came to do the work (Aaron, Elijah, Carlos) were all efficient, friendly, and great at communicating their progress. They did an outstanding job. I am disabled. It was critical that it be completed quickly so a new deck could be built so I didn't fall. The sinking of the house and front stoop made it very unsafe. It took two days and they were done , cleaned up making sure it was safe for me. I really appreciate the quality of the work. It being done in a timely fashion and being Cleaned up. So no matter the problem with shoring up things they can fix it. I got my referral from a neighbor who said they were wonderful with their sinking driveway.

Groundworks – we were so skeptical. Had so many questions and then tried to resolve the matter on our own (by slanting adjacent soils away from the house). However, our house new (15-18 years old) extension kept sinking. So for us we ordered screw jacks. It’s still too new to know how well this will work but we do know Doors are already easier to operate The warranty is lifelong on the house And, the crew that installed it could in been more professional nor caring if our property. Big shout out to the foreman Silvino Hernandez and his amazing crew Alvin, Jorge, Antonio and Roberto. Thank you for easing our minds that this was the right direction for us.

Manny Bello & Atiim Smith were our installation crew from Groundworks. They arrived on time and were professional throughout. Before starting work they reviewed the plan and provided an estimate of the time required. Our garage slab had settled significantly in areas preventing water from draining out and in some locations, the soil had settled under the concrete 8 inches below the visible concrete settlement of four inches. Within a couple of hours Manny and Atiim had lifted all the slabs to provide excellent drainage. Additionally, simultaneously they worked on our front entry to stabilize that concrete from cracking and settling. The two of them then caulked of the seams. The garage turned out to have a better drainage slope than when it was originally poured and we couldn't be more delighted. Thank you Groundworks and thank you Manny and Atiim.

Where do I begin??!! I contacted Groundworks to get an estimate for some concrete lifting. Kalen was the one who came to do the estimate. He went above & behind in every way. He was very thorough with his approach to our ‘project’, covering all bases & checking everything that needed to be checked. Throughout the process he explained everything & answered all my questions. From the time he spent doing the estimate, then coming back to explain it all to me, show me videos etc, he gave me everything I needed to know for the work we needed done & for us to make a decision on which company to schedule with. We have our project scheduled and we look forward to getting the work done!

Everyone we interacted with here provided exceptional service. Aaron was very thorough in his explanations and measuring. He explained the suggested plans to us and answered all of our questions. Prince and Cleveland were very communicative on when they would be arriving and completed the work very quickly. The porch is in much better shape, and they managed to close gaps that were about 1 in down to less than a centimeter with minimal damage to the existing structure. I will definitely be using them for any future structural work that needs to be done.

They were aware that our special needs son has asthma and they were very careful to try to mitigate the dust as much as possible and they worked so hard to get the job finished on time to try to reduce disruption to our home life, and they were actually able to finish the job early!
