Where do I begin??!! I contacted Groundworks to get an estimate for some concrete lifting. Kalen was the one who came to do the estimate. He went above & behind in every way. He was very thorough with his approach to our ‘project’, covering all bases & checking everything that needed to be checked. Throughout the process he explained everything & answered all my questions. From the time he spent doing the estimate, then coming back to explain it all to me, show me videos etc, he gave me everything I needed to know for the work we needed done & for us to make a decision on which company to schedule with. We have our project scheduled and we look forward to getting the work done!

To replace the driveway I risked losing a 40 year old Spruce. Groundwork leveled out my driveway and repaired the cracks. I can now walk safely and my Spruce is healthy! Thank you.

This is the second time I have used this company for shoring up sagging wooden floor joists with structural issues in my home's 50 year old crawl space. Edgar was very helpful and informative and even helped with a change order. Omar's crew with Beto and Diego did an excellent job, respected my home and delivered exactly the solution I was promised. Groundworks is an extremely professional organization and delivers a quality product as well as customer service. We had our crawl space encapsulated. The person (Kalen) who came to review the product and installation was professional, knowledgeable and reviewed their product without pressure. The crew who came to do the work (Aaron, Elijah, Carlos) were all efficient, friendly, and great at communicating their progress. They did an outstanding job. Groundworks also sent a person to do a site checkup while the crew was working. An overall great experience.

Super friendly and patient staff. No high pressure sales. When the crew (Jose Campos, Wazir Mohammed and Brayan Aguirre) came over to install a sump pump and fix a drainage problem around our house, they were flexible and patient with our concerns and brainstormed solutions to address them. To fix our drainage problem they dug a ditch under our launch so our downspout would lead water away from the house. They patched the lawn so well that you can hardly see they were there. Another crew lifted our sidewalk so it was level and had no trip points. They did a very nice job and were patient with us even when we called them back just 10 minutes later to repair the caulking after a neighbor stepped in it while it was wet. (After we declined the crew's offer to put up caution tape too! So we took them up on their offer after they came back.) Just be mindful that your driveway and sidewalk may have different colors, so when they offer to color match their caulking to your concrete, check whether they can match each individually.

We are very happy with the service provided by the entire Groundworks team. Our inspector Nick was thorough and extremely patient with us as we worked through the various water related issues and solutions. We appreciated his knowledge and detailed explanations. On install day we had two fabulous crews that did the work. Franciso, Rene and Carlos replaced our sump pump and had the super tough job of digging the trench for the discharge line. They were on time, professional, courteous and made sure everything was left neat and clean. The concrete lift crew of Manuel and Carlos also did a great job. Everyone did such a good job of communicating expectations and keeping us informed as work progressed. I would highly recommend Groundworks to my friends and neighbors.

Supervisor LUIS, and coworkers Ramon and Kevaughn, were on time, professional, got right to work prepared the property so there was no dust or dirt with plastic coverings on all my important items, throughout their process. Luis explained the entire process to me, had me fill out a form should I have any additional questions or concerns, then systematically went about taking care of my water vapor problem. They put in a new sump pump, covered the wall to protect my closet should additional water vapor get through, it will go down into the drain that they put into the floor of my closet. All were very attentive to all the details. At the end, Luis walked me through exactly what they had done, explained everything to me so I understood it clearly, with their final walk through form, also made it clear should I have any issues or problems to call Groundworks and they would help me out. Their cleanup was exemplary, as they took down the plastic and the tarps with virtually no dust or debris anywhere in my basement. For the job that needed to be done, I was impressed with the hard work and attention to detail, and I would recommend Groundworks should there be any water problems in someone’s home.

Their first action was to ensure the work area of the basement would be dust free by enclosing the area with plastic. They were familiar with the bentonite clay soils below and had proper equipment to install new pile foundations and the two columns for support of the upper floor. The three young men who performed our work were amazing. Hardworking, diligent, courteous and competent. The weather was snowy and very cold yet they persevered. They protected our home with walking material and were very careful. The bolts were completed very satisfactorily inside and out. They restored the dirt and grass so well. They removed all the work materials and extra dirt. They cleaned the basement so well and covered the epoxy to the color we wanted. We highly recommend Groundworks!

From the moment I started talking with them it was clear that customer service and professionalism is their top priority. Kalen the project manager arrived right on time, and was incredibly thorough in inspecting my home and spending time with me to make sure I understood his findings. Often when I’ve had basic assessments it’s with an estimator who will have no connection to the work, and I value the fact that Groundworks sends the person who would manage a possible project for the initial inspection. Thank you to Aaron Kanter, Groundworks Service Technician for recently doing the annual inspection of the foundational work and crawl space liner encapsulation that was previously done at my home. I am incredibly pleased with the level of support Aaron provided to me during the service. Aaron took baseline readings of my home's main floor that will be used in future annual inspections to more precisely measure whether any shifting or movement occurs. Aaron was thorough in his overall evaluation, answered my questions, and provided suggestions as to how Groundworks may be able to help remediate other problems that I described to him. Big project in our basement, and it couldn’t have gone better! Luis, Ramon, and Rodrigo are experts at what they do and are true professionals! Installing 2 sump pumps, a water barrier, cutting a trench in the concrete for a French drain, and burying the exit pipe outside to make it as indiscreet as possible in the front of our historic home. Their communication throughout the entire project was excellent- they filled us in on and showed us what they were doing every step of the way. They treated our home like it was their own, taking extra time to make sure the work looks excellent, cleaning up after themselves, and even going the extra mile to blow all of the leaves off of the sidewalk in front of our house to not track them in! We couldn’t recommend Luis and his crew enough!

Walked the whole property with me, pulled up old photos to check progress, gave me real knowledge on what’s going on and helped me brainstorm future projects. Even threw together a couple quotes – zero pressure. It didn’t feel like a sales visit at all, just someone genuinely looking out for us. Matt is a continuing example of what Groundworks is all about. Year after year, no matter who shows up, the mission and values are always the same. Groundworks Denver is Customer Focused! We hired groundworks to re-level 40-year old concrete front patio & steps that was sagging into the ground, and taking our front porch along with it. Manuel Bello & Jose Ortiz did the liftwork under my supervision, and unfortunately the laws of physics did not resolve the issue with my porch. The lifting & deep ground penetration was otherwise a great success under Manuel's leadership. After the primary work was completed the district manager Darren Clark reached out to me. I commended him on the quality of the work, but also my frustration that the porch was still having issues. He and his team lead Mike worked with me, and yesterday Francisco Cortez, Salvador Pulido & Rene Guzman came out & helped reset the porch onto the concrete caissons with a very creative and innovative approach. I was very impressed with the overall focus on customer service, the exceptional attitudes and friendliness of everyone involved, and the follow-through. A+ for Groundworks Denver!

I had Groundworks complete 2 different services for my current residence. I recently purchased a house and noticed some cracks in the walls and a couple cracks in the foundation wall in the lower level of my home. I decided to call Groundworks to come asses the situation and give me some options. After the initial consult with Kenneth to my relief the foundation wasn't in bad shape but the exterior perimeter on the slab was sinking. He suggested for a sump to be put in and polyjacking on the lower slab. The price was affordable as well. The first crew who came out was for the sump pump to be installed. The foreman was Jeremy Elston, and the two other employees were Demetrius and Edwin. Jeremy was polite and communication was good. The other two were polite as well and they all worked diligently to get the job done, and they were very clean and used plastic to cover the floors. Altogether the install went well and looked professional. The crew that came out the second day to do the polyjacking were Ryan Langston as the foreman and Andrew Lester to help. Ryan was friendly and informative and did a great job lifting the exterior and stabilizing the slab. They also left my house clean. It was a good experience altogether between the 2 crews. I would recommend this company they have great warranties that come with their services as well and they are fairly priced and have given me piece of mind that my foundation problems will be minimal after their installs.
