Nick came to home today to diagnose a problem. He was in communication with me 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Arrived on time. Nick was pleasant, professional and efficient. Nick took time to share and explain all his findings and offer solutions. Nick took time to explain technical things I did not understand. Nick then spent additional time to speak with my son on the phone, again going through his findings. Never did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Such a nice and refreshing change. When experiencing costly and unexpected disruptions, it is nice to have someone in your home that you feel understands. Thank you Nick, for being professional AND personable.

They came out and I could believe they got my garage floor back up, level again and fixed the porch. Thank you guys for doing a wonderful job, also they fixed all my cracks around the house. I am really happy with the work the Groundworks crew did on our back patio. One of our concrete slabs had sunken by about 5 inches, and really inhibited from using our patio well. Kenne provided us with a quote and explained the full process, covering many of my questions without my needing to ask. The work crew, Eric and Juan, were both friendly, got the job done promptly (but still with care). They even touched up the caulking that they piped after my toddler ran through it while it was still wet 🤦♀️ Our patio is now level and we can enjoy sitting at our outdoor table without the chair legs falling off “the ledge of doom” as I formerly called it.

Had an emergency water pipe leak with water running into the basement where Groundworks had already installed a sump pump and drainage system. The pump clogged up with mud and wouldn’t work. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it. Thanks Josh!

Overall great experience. Kalen was incredibly thorough in his inspection process and provided multiple options for addressing our crawl space issues. When we selected the best option to help protect the health of my immunocompromised wife, the contract process was both detailed and quick. Communication was great through the whole process. Our installation team of Francisco, Salvador and Rene were on time, thorough, clean and made sure they never disrupted our daily routine. We were very impressed by their professionalism and made sure we had the opportunity to inspect work on a daily basis to make sure it met our expectations. Great experience and includes a solid warranty. Overall a great experience!

Big project in our basement, and it couldn’t have gone better! Luis, Ramon, and Rodrigo are experts at what they do and are true professionals! Installing 2 sump pumps, a water barrier, cutting a trench in the concrete for a French drain, and burying the exit pipe outside to make it as indiscreet as possible in the front of our historic home. Their communication throughout the entire project was excellent- they filled us in on and showed us what they were doing every step of the way. They treated our home like it was their own, taking extra time to make sure the work looks excellent, cleaning up after themselves, and even going the extra mile to blow all of the leaves off of the sidewalk in front of our house to not track them in! We couldn’t recommend Luis and his crew enough!

We cannot say enough good things about Cody Wellner from Groundworks. I have never received such kindness, good communication, and marvelous customer service from a construction company. Cody came out and explained everything to us and very patiently answered all our questions. A crew came out and did the work. They were very kind and considerate. They did a great job laying plastic and respecting the rest of the house. We did have a couple of issues with the work done. There was some damage to a window sill and they cut some carpet that they should have just rolled back. Luckily for us, it was Cody Wellner to the rescue again. He took the time and effort to come out and rebuild the landing to the stairs, fix the window sill, and relay the cut carpet to make the area useable until we get it fixed correctly. Groundworks is going to reimburse us for the carpet damage. This is an amazing company with a marvelous staff! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Lucas was great! He came out to the house and looked at some concerns of cracking we had in the basement, he shared that nothing was in need of urgent repairs, and it was mostly cosmetic. It was great to not feel like he was pushing repairs when they weren’t necessary. Also gave us a ton of peace of mind!

I have an older mid 1960's Ranch House that the walls were cracking, the foundation had cracks in it, and really needed attention. The Groundworks crew including Luke Cummings, the Zaw Tun, and Isaiah Leichtle were absolutely incredible. Twenty-five special plates and Foundation push piers were installed to the footing in a little over a 4 ft crawl space. It involved digging and using specialized equipment. The difficult hard work of the crew and their equipment will keep my foundation sound for the rest of my lifetime. The job was completed in less time than was planned. The crew made sure everything was laser accurately correct. When they left everything looked great and they even swept out my garage where they went in and out. Their time, knowledge, and hard work is greatly appreciated! The whole process from digitally measuring the floor (Randy James), getting the permit, engineer approval, and the actual work was exceptional! Luke, Zaw, and Isaiah were a pleasure to meet. Thank you for your hard work.

Super friendly and patient staff. No high pressure sales. When the crew (Jose Campos, Wazir Mohammed and Brayan Aguirre) came over to install a sump pump and fix a drainage problem around our house, they were flexible and patient with our concerns and brainstormed solutions to address them. To fix our drainage problem they dug a ditch under our launch so our downspout would lead water away from the house. They patched the lawn so well that you can hardly see they were there. Another crew lifted our sidewalk so it was level and had no trip points. They did a very nice job and were patient with us even when we called them back just 10 minutes later to repair the caulking after a neighbor stepped in it while it was wet. (After we declined the crew's offer to put up caution tape too! So we took them up on their offer after they came back.) Just be mindful that your driveway and sidewalk may have different colors, so when they offer to color match their caulking to your concrete, check whether they can match each individually.

The team of Omar, Luis, and Diego worked quickly to install piers to straighten the cracked foundation of our garage. They worked quickly and kept us informed of their progress. Trouble with their equipment caused them to stop work on the first day, but they returned the next morning with functional equipment. They invited me to watch the actual lift, but evidently forgot. They asked me to come and see the completed work. The large crack in the garage wall was closed and the gaps around the window frame were gone. From my perspective, it certainly looks great, but I have no relevant background or experience in this field, so I have no idea what to look for. They did a great job of restoring the work area to its prior appearance and cleaned up the work area after they finished.

We're extremely happy with the work Groundworks' foreman, Francisco, and his associates, Rene and Jose, performed for us. The company was extremely proactive and responsive. They obtained our permit very quickly and subsequently performed the service sooner than expected. The crew, Francisco, Rene, and Jose, arrived early, performed the work with care, cleaned up impeccably, and even left our property in better shape than they found it, fully relaying a brick utility pad that had been half removed due to a previous project. Their lifetime guarantee for the work will fully transfer to future owners, and they come out once a year to maintain quality assurance. I will happily recommend Groundworks to anyone I meet in the future who may need foundation stabilization. Thank you Groundworks for your time and attention to our project!

Work crew was pretty good about trying to put back landscaping even though it's not really their job, so I appreciated that part. I also appreciated how they tried to minimize damage to my yard. They were able to get the settling almost back to where it was before the warranty claim on the piers. (I was having 4 piers handled out of warranty and 1 new pier added at my expense.) My only real issue was the damage to the brick siding that is now still in process of being resolved.

Where do I begin??!! I contacted Groundworks to get an estimate for some concrete lifting. Kalen was the one who came to do the estimate. He went above & behind in every way. He was very thorough with his approach to our ‘project’, covering all bases & checking everything that needed to be checked. Throughout the process he explained everything & answered all my questions. From the time he spent doing the estimate, then coming back to explain it all to me, show me videos etc, he gave me everything I needed to know for the work we needed done & for us to make a decision on which company to schedule with. We have our project scheduled and we look forward to getting the work done!

Supervisor LUIS, and coworkers Ramon and Kevaughn, were on time, professional, got right to work prepared the property so there was no dust or dirt with plastic coverings on all my important items, throughout their process. Luis explained the entire process to me, had me fill out a form should I have any additional questions or concerns, then systematically went about taking care of my water vapor problem. They put in a new sump pump, covered the wall to protect my closet should additional water vapor get through, it will go down into the drain that they put into the floor of my closet. All were very attentive to all the details. At the end, Luis walked me through exactly what they had done, explained everything to me so I understood it clearly, with their final walk through form, also made it clear should I have any issues or problems to call Groundworks and they would help me out. Their cleanup was exemplary, as they took down the plastic and the tarps with virtually no dust or debris anywhere in my basement. For the job that needed to be done, I was impressed with the hard work and attention to detail, and I would recommend Groundworks should there be any water problems in someone’s home.

The person (Kalen) who came to review the product and installation was professional, knowledgeable and reviewed their product without pressure. They protected our home with walking material and were very careful. The bolts were completed very satisfactorily inside and out. They restored the dirt and grass so well.
