My concerns were listened to & plans were altered to make sure the installation was done to my expectations. They did an excellent job! I had a great experience with groundwork’s. I had originally thought that our front porch and driveway was a lost cause. Our inspector showed up and went over the different options with us and didn’t pressure us to make our decision. We felt confident with the solution the inspector, Kalen provided us and the team delivered upon our every expectation. Jesus Sanchez and Jose Ramirez completed the work in a timely manor, communicated each step of the process and left the area cleaner than when they started. Highly recommended groundwork’s and this team!!!

Had an old sump pump replaced with a modern system The experience was positive from start to finish. The initial inspector was exceedingly thorough, patient, fair, and able to give detailed yet easy to understand explanations. Luis and his installation team were highly experienced, conscientious, quick, and neat. Every single person I dealt with at Groundworks was good at their job, but on top of that, kind, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Groundworks Denver is Customer Focused! We hired groundworks to re-level 40-year old concrete front patio & steps that was sagging into the ground, and taking our front porch along with it. Manuel Bello & Jose Ortiz did the liftwork under my supervision, and unfortunately the laws of physics did not resolve the issue with my porch. The lifting & deep ground penetration was otherwise a great success under Manuel's leadership. After the primary work was completed the district manager Darren Clark reached out to me. I commended him on the quality of the work, but also my frustration that the porch was still having issues. He and his team lead Mike worked with me, and yesterday Francisco Cortez, Salvador Pulido & Rene Guzman came out & helped reset the porch onto the concrete caissons with a very creative and innovative approach. I was very impressed with the overall focus on customer service, the exceptional attitudes and friendliness of everyone involved, and the follow-through. A+ for Groundworks Denver!

We had a garage floor that had a corner dropping. I also had a toolshed with a similar problem. Finally, we had a poorly laid driveway that had horrible cracks. Groundworks created a plan for the work. The garage floor was fully lifted, the shed is level again and the cracks are sealed in the driveway to give us a little longer before having to have a whole new one poured. The crew were professional. We had to have the job done in parts due to snow on the driveway. They were great about helping us schedule. Very happy to recommend them.

The guys who worked on our driveway and steps were Andre’s Martinez and CJ Cleveland. Both worked well together finishing the project quickly. Immediate results were noticed with driveway slabs and steps being lifted back to their original position. The finished project looks good and with the 5 year warranty will see if it remains in place. Clean up was great and overall a really good job. My only comment would be to obtain gray sand for the caulk instead of tan. I think it would be a more normal and pleasing look.

Groundworks Field Inspector Mike Gold was excellent in communicating with us the results of his work/measurements on our property. He explained that we now have a baseline for comparison in future years re: our house's foundation settling. He also informed us about the effect of moisture content of soil below the foundation and how to mitigate the potential problem. He is indeed knowledgeable in his area of expertise and has excellent communication skills!

Their workmanship was very neat and they cleaned up the job site as they worked. They answered all our questions and were very patient as we were very curious about materials being used, etc.
