Communication from the Groundworks team was clear and concise from the time of problem assessment, through job planning, scheduling and coordination. Workers arrived exactly when they said they would and were respectful, hardworking and polite. Ernest, Diego and Shahid encountered some challenges as my neighborhood is full of rocks, but they worked through the difficulties, and communicated well and inspired calm when the plan we had made needed to be altered. Groundworks is likely not the cheapest bid you might receive, but it is well managed and coordinated and helped me feel that every dollar was worth it. Thanks guys!

We recently had the uneven stones in our backyard path reset and repaired to improve both safety and appearance. The crew took their time leveling each section, adjusting the base where needed, and securing the stones so everything sat evenly and firmly in place. The entire project was completed in about a day, and they kept the area tidy throughout the process. Before the repair, the walkway felt a bit unstable in spots and didn’t look very uniform. Now, it feels much safer to walk on and has a more consistent, polished look that blends nicely with the rest of the yard.

Our team, Francisco ,Rene ,and Carlos were excellent! Francisco explained what they were going to do and how it would stabilize our foundation. They were very respectful of our home, and us. It was a huge job but they cleaned up every day so we weren’t left with a mess. I highly recommend this team, their work ethic is amazing.

Met with Marcel Petit from Groundworks today, who performed a free inspection of our front porch, foundation, driveway and sidewalk that we have been concerned about. Marcel demonstrated the inspection process and educated my wife and I on his recommendation for repair to be done . We had Ground Works come out to our home to raise some slabs in our driveway and back patio. Manuel Belio and Jose Ortiz arrived as scheduled, looked over the job and went to work. I was a little concerned because they had to straighten out 3 slabs in the driveway that were raised 3 years ago by another company but settled more than 1 1/2 inches. Manuel said there wouldn't be any problem , they run into that all the time. I am 80 years old and have problems with trip hazards, when they were finished the job was like walking on a single slab of concrete. If you use Ground works for your concrete leveling you should see if you can request Manuel and Jose for your job.

I had Groundworks complete 2 different services for my current residence. I recently purchased a house and noticed some cracks in the walls and a couple cracks in the foundation wall in the lower level of my home. I decided to call Groundworks to come asses the situation and give me some options. After the initial consult with Kenneth to my relief the foundation wasn't in bad shape but the exterior perimeter on the slab was sinking. He suggested for a sump to be put in and polyjacking on the lower slab. The price was affordable as well. The first crew who came out was for the sump pump to be installed. The foreman was Jeremy Elston, and the two other employees were Demetrius and Edwin. Jeremy was polite and communication was good. The other two were polite as well and they all worked diligently to get the job done, and they were very clean and used plastic to cover the floors. Altogether the install went well and looked professional. The crew that came out the second day to do the polyjacking were Ryan Langston as the foreman and Andrew Lester to help. Ryan was friendly and informative and did a great job lifting the exterior and stabilizing the slab. They also left my house clean. It was a good experience altogether between the 2 crews. I would recommend this company they have great warranties that come with their services as well and they are fairly priced and have given me piece of mind that my foundation problems will be minimal after their installs.

Groundworks was great! They came out after our crawlspace flooded and were able to determine the cause quickly. After getting a plan put together they were able to get a crew out the next day. They were so nice and did an amazing job! Our crawlspace looks so good now and I feel confident it will be protected from water in the future.

The inspectors (monitored our home over a couple years prior to beginning work) Ryan L. and Anthony G. took their time doing detailed and thorough inspections, then explained their data and discussed options with us.
