Business partners Brian Holt and Richard Reed founded Foundation Support Specialists in 2017. In 2022, FSS partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company to strengthen their presence in the community. FSS was featured on Inc. 5000’s list of the nation’s fastest growing companies and was honored The Best and Brightest Places to Work award in Houston and Dallas. FSS will now operate under the Groundworks name, while continuing to assist Texas homeowners with any foundation repair, crawl space, or concrete needs.

I can only speak to the Service end as my wife set up the appointment and work to be done. Moses, Mark V, and Danny were great. They were professional and worked very hard. Danny kept me informed at every stage and gave me *and my wife via Facetime* some valuable advice and recommendations. So, in the end, yeah, I trust these guys. They were very sincere and honest in all transactions and communications. AND they finished early!

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

FSS was great to work with. From the initial meeting and assessment with Adrian to the install with Mark V, Danny, and Chris Garcia, FSS was professional, patient with questions, and great with communication. Mark, Danny, and Chris installed 15 piers in 1.5 days. They really took pride in doing good work and kept me informed on progress throughout the process. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward and genuinely shared in the joy my wife and I had in experiencing our newly stabilized home with lift along the back.

We purchased our retirement home a year ago, and knew there had been foundation repairs. However, nothing prepared us for major headache of getting the warranty honored from the other company. Thus, we decided to get 3 estimates and settled on Foundation Support Specialists. From the initial consultation from Jay Brooks to the crew of Jose N, Tyler C, and Ricky R; we are thrilled with our results. The crew was respectful of our home and the fact that we had done so much landscaping around the house. Don’t settle for the cheapest bid, but the best company.

They worked steadily until the job was done, a lot sooner than we expected. They were able to recommend follow up care, ordered the after foundation repair leak test and provided a link fo rpayment preferences. We would recommend this team again and again.

Brian did a great job explaining the process and working with me on payment options. Kaz and his team worked hard all day and got my foundation raised more than even expected. Doors are closing as they should and I am happy with the outcome. Kaz even accepted my request of patching the cracks with the cement he had used for the patio. All around great company, very honest and upfront. Will recommend to anyone needing foundation repair.

I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for.
