There were some unwanted logistics that occurred initially with scheduling. However, Randy was very helpful in ironing out those logistics and Monica and Hunter were instrumental in successfully getting the job scheduled. The workers, Carl and Jay, did an excellent job! They were timely, very polite and professional. I was pleased with the final product.

They were polite and explained everything in great detail about the work they would be doing. Due to their work and communication I would definitely recommend them for any job they can support if you’re needing some foundation work, these are your guys!

All crew members were friendly, polite, on time and explained procedures and answered all questions. They are a great hard-working team and regularly communicated their progress on the project.

I contacted Foundation Support Specialists after noticing a couple of cracks on the walls in my home. I scheduled an appointment to inspect the foundation and possibly obtain a quote for repairs in the event damage was found. Ethan Hall arrived as scheduled and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the work that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable about their service and very polite. I accepted the quote and have scheduled a date for the work to be done. I will update my review once the work has been completed. There were no high-pressure sales pitches for unneeded work. I would recommend contacting Ethan if you have any foundation concerns.
