We had a sudden issue with the foundation, Adrian S came out and set things up for us, and the crew showed up really fast and did a magnificent job. Our crew Mike L, David L. Elyas L, Robert T, and Stafford C. could not have been better. We were facing a major structural issue with the house which could have resulted in untold damage. Thank goodness I found them, and made the call. Adrian really walked my wife through each and every part of the process which helped a great deal in her understanding of the need for the work. They explained every single step of the process as they did it, they worked with us to minimize the disruption. They showed us what they were doing, and actually found another issue which could have been a major subsidence for which we are exceptionally thankful. While any foundation issue is a panic situation they were able to really put my wife's mind at ease, they raised my daughters room over an inch, and the garage over 2 and stopped the cracking dead in its tracks. The doors now shut properly, and the job was as neat as possible, and they cleaned up very well afterwards which was nice. The moved the downspouts away from the house to perfect locations and set the pop valves well so I do not have to worry about the mower. They also were very careful and did not damage any of the tie rods on the porch which was very thoughtful. If you live in the South Texas and Cibolo area, and don't call these guys you are making a bad mistake. Yes, it is expensive, but they made the process transparent, and easy. If I could give them SIX stars I would do so. I just feel sorry for the pouring rain and humidity that they had to suffer through.

The Forman and crew (Cornell-foreman, Lee and Zero) were great. Showed up on time and kept us informed on progress. Kept the disruption to a minimum (the moved a lot of dirt) but returned to normal when completed. Had issue with plumber who came to redirect main waterline but separate company. Courteous, professional and did a great job!

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can’t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together. After the service they themselves asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, as well as were patient (after a long day of work) to answer any questions I had. Still a day or two after the work was completed FSS called to make sure everything was no less than satisfactory. As well as ask you specific questions to ensure the team that came out executed what they were expected to the company’s standards and if not so they can review it in their next meeting. I could tell FSS strives to be the best and are always looking to improve. FSS truly cares for you and ensures you’re left feeling good about the service. They’ll take care of your home as if it were their own.

I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for.

Brian Graham performed an inspection inside and underneath my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX on April 25th, 2024. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He communicated clearly the scope of the foundation problem by providing photos and a floor plan with elevations. In addition, his description of the proposed solution was understandable. He patiently answered my initial questions as well as my subsequent questions during the days after his inspection visit. Over the next several weeks, he patiently worked with me to schedule and reschedule the work to be performed as we had a series of atypical rainy weeks. Throughout the delayed scheduling process, I appreciated his responsiveness and agreeableness. He made the process easy by using all forms of communication, i.e., phone, email, text. Brian Graham is a valuable asset for FSS and an important member of their team! ###################### On July 9, 2024, a crew of about seven men from FSS performed the foundation repairs on my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX. They were focused, careful, and efficient as they did their work. I appreciated that they protected my carpet as they came in and out of my home and provided photos of the work they did upon completion of the project. ###################### Randy Blair, FSS Production Supervisor, was very helpful to me at the end of the foundation repair process on my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX. His role was to send the work crew to my home and then follow up with me after they completed the repairs. He was easy to talk with and was committed to my satisfaction. He answered my questions and concerns, listened patiently to my feedback, and responded appropriately to my subsequent requests. I appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. –D Baker

FSS has been terrific partner through a very turbulent and frightening time for our house. When we started to notice foundation and crawlspace moisture issues, our thoughts go to the worst, but Rich helped us stay come, providing the most thorough inspection of any other company we had out, spending the time we needed to understand our issues and the possible solutions. He was always available for our questions and made us feel like he was in our corner. The crew that performed the work (shout out to Mark V, Danny, Moses, and Ricky) were absolute rock stars and very professional, communicating expectations clearly along the way. They were ahead of schedule and did a great job! Would recommend FSS to anyone who asks!

We saw a couple of cracks in our walls and were concerned about our foundation. We called Foundation Support Specialists. They responded quickly. When Jonathan showed up, he was on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. He spent almost 2 hours checking every inch. His honesty and integrity was evident when he said there were absolutely no foundation issues. He did make a couple of recommendations for aesthetic fixes. I would highly recommend FSS and Jonathan Spinks
