Thomas, Timothy and Brian did an amazing job! They explained everything from start to finish and did not leave until all of my questions were answered, and I was pleased with the leveling. Any plants that were moved were carefully placed back. And dirt and debris was cleaned up. Nicely done and perfectly level again.

I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for.

Today the crew of Kazvin, L.J., Alex, Sheldon and Angel, had to work in the rain. They did a great job of working together to install the system. When they hit a snag, because of some tree roots, they quickly came up with a solution. They finished their part and picked up their tools and spread some leftover dirt in another part of our yard. We were very pleased from start to finish today! Melvin

Excellent work from start to finish. Great communications! Explained everything they were going to do and invited me to watch the stabilization procedure. 2 1/2 days for completion. I am very pleased. Cleaned up the area afterwards. Kudos to Danny who was always keeping me informed throughout the day. A great team! A real asset for FSS.

FSS was great to work with. From the initial meeting and assessment with Adrian to the install with Mark V, Danny, and Chris Garcia, FSS was professional, patient with questions, and great with communication. Mark, Danny, and Chris installed 15 piers in 1.5 days. They really took pride in doing good work and kept me informed on progress throughout the process. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward and genuinely shared in the joy my wife and I had in experiencing our newly stabilized home with lift along the back.

The crew (Cornell, Angel, Danny, AJ, and Lee) did an amazing job prepping the site, installing the piers, and cleaning up afterwards. Cornell, the lead foreman, stayed in continuous contact throughout the process and gave status updates to ensure the project was on schedule. Would recommend this crew to install piers for future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Spinks, my Certified Field Inspector, who came to assess my homeâ s foundation. From start to finish, Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the assessment process and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and dedication to providing a comprehensive evaluation were truly impressive. Foundation crew showed up on time Mr Earle explained the process while his crew David and Moses set up the matiereals. I was amazed how diligent they worked as a team getting organized.at the end of the day they hauled off materials as the job was completed.
