From the beginning Ron was very courteous, polite, and didn’t waste my time trying to sell me services that Weren’t needed. He officially diagnosed the issue in my basement and laid out a few different options to move forward with. As someone with a sales background, I was pleasantly surprised with the way he gave me all the pertinent information and didn’t try to force me into making a decision that I wasn’t prepared to make. He efficiently laid out a few different options to move forward with and briefly explained the different services. As someone with a sales background, I was pleasantly surprised with the Ron and he represented Growdworks with class and integrity. Thanks Ron!

Had the inspection today, Jeff was very thorough in asking what my concerns were. After obtaining the data needed, we sat down to review the findings and proposal. It was refreshing that it was not a high pressure sale, and Jeff was respectful that I wanted to discuss the findings and cost with my son. I was expecting a much higher total or a more involved project, which ended up not being the case. I don’t feel there was any upselling at all. Something to consider.

Colin spent 90 minutes inspecting a prospective house that was in a flood zone we were going to purchase. He explained in detail, using several "tools" to present strong evidence the issues he found and how Groundworks would rectify the problems and in a very quick turnaround presented us with an estimate, which we thought was very reasonably priced as we had gotten other estimates that were almost double. They managed the permitting process through the town, also, which took a lot of work off my shoulders.The Groundworks administrative team (scheduling, engineers, permitting) was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Ultimately, we did not purchase the house, but I would not hesitate for one second to call them in for my current home or any future homes with basement or foundation issues. Every individual I connected with at Groundworks was responsive, knowledgeable and professional.

As the wife of a very “handy” husband, I can confidently say I have watched this man try to fix the same problem approximately 47 different ways. After countless attempts and weekends of “I almost got it,” we finally called Dylan at Groundworks. Best decision ever. Dylan knew exactly what needed to be done, was super professional, and the problem was actually fixed.
