Sergio Robles came and inspected our home, he traveled 2 hours to give us a quote. He was very friendly and upfront and open and honest about everything he did and told me. He was very thorough on his inspection and explained to me every step of the way what he was doing. He went through every option available to us and gave me the pros and cons of each direction. I would highly recommend Groundwork’s for any foundation repair you may need!

They went above and beyond removing a fence and putting it back together to be able to get equipment in. We highly recommend Groundwork’s. I had a great experience with Groundworks Omaha! I had bowing walls in my basement that needed support and was referred to Groundworks by a coworker who had a positive experience with them. I was contacted immediately after I submitted an online request and Jon and Mark came out within a day and conducted the inspection. They were very professional and helpful and did a great job of explaining the situation, what they recommended, and why. After accepting their proposal, the project was scheduled within a couple of days and Luis, Martin, Tyler and Jouse arrived as scheduled to do the work. They reiterated the work they were to perform to see if I had any questions or concerns and then immediately set to work and completed the project to perfection in a timely manner. All four of them were courteous and professional and very conscientious about doing a great job in a timely manner. My experience with Groundworks was exceptional from beginning to finish and I highly recommend them without reservation. Thank you, Groundworks!

Our experience with ground works was pleasant The following crew members helped fix our pre-existing water/flood issues (Sal, Alan and Daniel) we appreciate the level of professionalism and respect that was given coming in and out of our home. One of the first things they did was made sure to cover up/apply plastic over our appliances and belongings that were in the basement to help prevent dust and dirt from getting on our house hold appliances and personal items. Sal made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and was always courteous and always eager to educate me on the process and further ideas to help make sure our system works efficiently. I appreciate you ground works as a whole. their main competitor tried to over charge us and I just want to say this. In fact it’s very simple THRASHER BLOWS!!!! Groundworks beat their price by $5,000.00 and honestly from prior work and amongst the community in Sheldon ia I’ve always heard thrasher over charges and doesn’t even do that great of work. I am so glad I took the time to do my research and found ground works. It goes to show a better price doesn’t always mean poor workmanship. As ground works proved to us that they can do even better! They respect your property and always cleaned up and left it better than they found it when it was time for them to leave. Thank you for a fantastic job and if you’re a manager or the owner reading this please make sure to always put your people first and take care of them. This crew deserves credit for holding true to your company and performing with excellence. Be proud of these guys and find a way to reward them they deserve it!

Sales rep: Shane/Joe Crew: Diego & Jessie Shane and Joe were great to work with. A day after Shane's visit I changed my mind about doing the driveway and added some work to the backyard patio instead. Diego and Jessie did a good job raising some of the shovel catches along some of the sidewalk sections. They also filled a big void under the front door steps. They filled the big cracks along the rear garage foundation and along the backyard patio too. They also cleaned up after themselves after the job was completed. I am very satisfied with their work and my experience working with them.
