The father-son team, Ross and Keith Johnson, started Innovative Basement Authority (IBA) in 2005. Keith led the growth of the business and expanded to multiple offices in Minnesota and North Dakota. In 2019, IBA partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company to invest more in their business and employees. Innovative Basement Authority is an A+ rated accredited business with the BBB and a multi-time winner of the Angi Super Service Award. IBA will continue to provide quality customer service under its new name, Groundworks.

It was a free quote/inspection, and he was very honest and didn't try to scare us or sell us into anything we didn't actually need. The actual quote just came back and seems reasonably priced, too, given the prices for everything these days.

Our project was pretty large and Logan took a lot of time being as thoughtful and careful as possible in the evaluation and quoting process. The floors in our 2300 sqft home were like walking through a funhouse. The house was musty from the moisture coming up from the capsules. He made sure we knew what was going to be done and why. Interior floor jacking and crawl space encapsulation. As for the crew that did the work, Austin, Billy, and Dakota got the job done on budget and on time. Austin provided great communication and worked with my handyman throughout the process for getting access to inaccessible spaces. Great work and looking forward to the one year follow up when they will evaluate the job to make sure everything is working as it should.
