I had 2 great teams come today to secure a block wall and raise a sidewalk. Nick and Eric did a great job securing the wall, cleaning up the job site and keeping us informed as the project progressed. They were so Polite and knowledgeable. Gregg and Brandon arrived to raise the sidewalk and seal the joint. Job well done! They were good to keep us informed and answer Our questions. These 4 individuals did good work and represented your company very well. We also appreciate Patrick, the sales rep. He was very through and explained how the solve our problems. Toy and his team were excellent to work with. They were tasked with stabilizing 3 buildings consisting of 12 condos. The team communicated multiple times during the day with management and made personal contact with residents to keep everyone informed of their progress. We were met with some challenges (not the fault of Groundworks) but the team managed the issues professionally with care and concern for the community. I couldn't have asked for any better service than what we received from Toy, his crew and Groundworks.

He knows his stuff very well. He not only repaired the issue, but was able to check on the warranty and replace the unit at no cost to me. Definitely recommend these guys.

This is the second time I've used this company. This time was for crawlspace encapsulation including a pump and a dehumidifier. There was a lot of junk under my house that I wasn't aware of that John Murphey and Robert Marquez pulled out. When that week was done, they didn't leave anything in the yard. I crawled around under the house and found the job to be incredibly well done. Everything is sealed up and under control. Robert and Francisco Munoz were just here connecting the pump and plumbing the discharge pipes. Looks clean and well done.
