Business partners Brian Holt and Richard Reed founded Foundation Support Specialists in 2017. In 2022, FSS partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company to strengthen their presence in the community. FSS was featured on Inc. 5000’s list of the nation’s fastest growing companies and was honored The Best and Brightest Places to Work award in Houston and Dallas. FSS will now operate under the Groundworks name, while continuing to assist Texas homeowners with any foundation repair, crawl space, or concrete needs.

I was thinking it would take 3 days but only took half the day! The team the worked at my home was Mark W., Bayron A. and Nathan K. Mark was super informative and the team was super clean and left my property just as it was!! Thank you soo much!!! I super highly recommend them!!

We saw a couple of cracks in our walls and were concerned about our foundation. We called Foundation Support Specialists. They responded quickly. When Jonathan showed up, he was on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. He spent almost 2 hours checking every inch. His honesty and integrity was evident when he said there were absolutely no foundation issues. He did make a couple of recommendations for aesthetic fixes. I would highly recommend FSS and Jonathan Spinks

FSS was great to work with. From the initial meeting and assessment with Adrian to the install with Mark V, Danny, and Chris Garcia, FSS was professional, patient with questions, and great with communication. Mark, Danny, and Chris installed 15 piers in 1.5 days. They really took pride in doing good work and kept me informed on progress throughout the process. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward and genuinely shared in the joy my wife and I had in experiencing our newly stabilized home with lift along the back.

However, Randy was very helpful in ironing out those logistics and Monica and Hunter were instrumental in successfully getting the job scheduled. The workers, Carl and Jay, did an excellent job! The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

Today the crew of Kazvin, L.J., Alex, Sheldon and Angel, had to work in the rain. They did a great job of working together to install the system. When they hit a snag, because of some tree roots, they quickly came up with a solution. They finished their part and picked up their tools and spread some leftover dirt in another part of our yard.
