We purchased our retirement home a year ago, and knew there had been foundation repairs. However, nothing prepared us for major headache of getting the warranty honored from the other company. Thus, we decided to get 3 estimates and settled on Foundation Support Specialists. From the initial consultation from Jay Brooks to the crew of Jose N, Tyler C, and Ricky R; we are thrilled with our results. The crew was respectful of our home and the fact that we had done so much landscaping around the house. Don’t settle for the cheapest bid, but the best company.

When they hit a snag, because of some tree roots, they quickly came up with a solution. They finished their part and picked up their tools and spread some leftover dirt in another part of our yard. The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can’t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together. After the service they themselves asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, as well as were patient (after a long day of work) to answer any questions I had. Still a day or two after the work was completed FSS called to make sure everything was no less than satisfactory. As well as ask you specific questions to ensure the team that came out executed what they were expected to the company’s standards and if not so they can review it in their next meeting. I could tell FSS strives to be the best and are always looking to improve. FSS truly cares for you and ensures you’re left feeling good about the service. They’ll take care of your home as if it were their own.

Jonathan Spinks worked with my mom and gave very thorough information which helped us to understand the foundation repair process. He was very honest about the condition of the foundation and took the time to do a walk around with us. I would highly recommend using FSS, more importantly asking for Jonathan Spinks.
