Very good communication with ground crew on site. Big project and appreciated the updates. Sam and his crew were excellent! Would advise getting crew out prior to date set to assess actual time estimates. (Sales and permit side need more communication with actual workload and time of completion for projects especially when needing to be out of home office during the day.) Would recommend groundworks!

The project: install drainage to a yard basket from two gutter downspouts and a sump outlet. Everyone we interfaced with was great to us – Sal gave us the quote, Steve in production got us taken care of for utility marking, and José C. and Rigoberto were great installers. Our property was left very clean and José and Rigoberto were very professional. The price was fair as well. The only reason for four stars instead of five is internal communication within Groundworks. We had scheduled the job a few months prior, but utility marking was not complete by the install date. The install crew had outdated plans from an earlier proposal of scope and the quote in their system didn't match the copy we had received when we signed. That said, when we got ahold of the right individuals everything was ironed out and overall we are happy with the work.
