Camryn H, Joshua F, and Tanner from the Moberly office did a great job at our home. They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. Thanks Camryn, Tanner, and Joshua!

Codi M. was very professional. He laid out exactly what should be done, what might be a good idea later, and options that he doesn't think need to be addressed. My main priority was keeping water out and gladly my foundation wasn't bowed enough to be a problem. With their 3 free yearly inspections, they'll come out and measure and check to ensure their system is working properly and that the foundation hasn't gotten worse. If it does, they'd have physical measurements to see how much it changes over the next 3 years. Financing wasn't the biggest plus just for personal reasons but considering it would be easy to make extra payments, I'm not worried about it. Overall, very happy with the quote and the expertise knowledge he had. I'll be coming back later to leave an updated review once all the work is done.

Josh and Dylan are a great team. I watched most of the process and noticed how efficiently they work together. The leveling met my expectations, and the crack repair exceeded them. I was expecting a bright white filler (based on the tv commercial), but Josh used a filler closer to the color of concrete, then blended sand. The result was a much more natural look. Overall GREAT JOB!!!!!

Initially disappointed that expectations of having the work done in 2025 were not met but were prioritized and completed first in 2026. Connor and Tyler were a great team. They were on time, communicated in advance, and fully completed the job to my expectations. With a properly raised driveway and walkway, I don’t have to gun my car engine to get into my garage any more.

We had significant water damage to our driveway when we bought our home, which included cracks and leveling damage. We contacted AFS who came promptly to assess the damage and provide a reasonable quote. Today Parris and Benjamin from AFS came and did exactly what the quote was based on. Our driveway leveling has been fixed with the driveway looking much better!

We had a leaning retaining wall by our walkout basement. We were very concerned that it might fall over and was no longer stable. I called Indiana Foundation Service and got a representative out the next week. He went over the issue and the solution thoroughly with me. We signed the contract and a month later we had some awesome workers come out to our house. Charles, Brandon, and Kyle worked 2 days to dig, brace, and make sure our wall was level/plum. I cannot recommend this company and this crew enough! We were completely satisfied with the outcome and the whole process. If you have any foundation or structural issues, do yourself a favor and call Indiana Foundation Service.

We went with BA of WV after Carrie came over to our house for the initial inspection and was able to point out several issues that both another basement inspector and our home inspector had never mentioned. She took great care to explain to us exactly what she was seeing and the steps needed to fix it. She walked us step-by-step through exactly what we would be paying to have done, and she kept in constant communication after we signed the contract. Brad and his crew were scheduled just a couple weeks after we signed, and they got the work done well ahead of schedule. I was extremely impressed with how the three men on the crew also kept us well informed each step of the way. They made it clear that they were consulting with Carrie and the supervisors through the whole process. **My favorite part about this crew was how creatively and kindly they managed to work around the unique issues out basement presented, even managing to work around issues that we had trouble getting solved before the construction date.** After this experience, we even have Carrie coming back again to discuss with us the logistics of tackling another part of our basement that has left contractors and inspectors baffled previously. Brad even said he and the crew would likely be back if we do the next project through BA. ✨TLDR: The whole team was kind, knowledgeable, consistent, quick, and reliable.
