Jacob C and Terrence A did a fantastic work. Came in the morning went over what they would be doing asked if I had any questions also answered my questions. Did what they said they were going to do cleaned their mess up. In the end showed me around the house asked again if I had any questions or concerns. Those two were very professional and caring about our property. You can’t hardly tell they were at my home. K Walsh

The crawl space looks great. No more dirty plastic to deal with. The crew that did out job was amazing. Wish I know their names, (my husband was dealing with the guys). We couldn't be more pleased with the Ground works company and staff. Wish we had done the work earlier. Thanks for a great job.

During remodel of our spacious walk-in basement, came to realize that the back wall and fireplace leaked during a hard rain. Quickly ruling out any outside solution we turned to Tar Heel for their AquaStop BasementGutterl. Paul our inspector did exceptional job of understanding our unique problems offering us options that we used to create an affordable solution. The diagram he drew was exceptional so by this time we had a lot of confidence. Our installers Mathais, Terrance and Matt really could not have done a better job. I would recommend Tar Heel Basement System to a friend. One piece of advice I can offer is to get THBS to work first, don't design your interior with water problems as a consideration.

My inspector, Carter Lassiter, was very professional and educational in helping me understand exactly what I needed to have done underneath my house to ensure my 100 yr+ historical home remained in tact. Prior to Carter coming out, I had paid another company to do what I thought was going to fix my crawl space and unfortunately after one year I started to see issues arise again. Wood rot, moisture, etc. When Sam and Josh (the production team) arrived, they were just as professional and informative of the work they would be doing in my crawlspace. I felt confident from the first inspection all the way to the production team who completed the work to correct and truly fix my crawlspace. Having a warranty from Tarheel Basement makes me feel much more comfortable this go round compared to who I used before. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

I had quite a bit of work done by Tarheel due to sinking foundation. In total, 10 push piers, poly jacked garage slab, and a carbon fiber wrapped interior corner in the crawl space. Customer service has been good. Robert was a good foreman.
