I am very pleased with the work recently performed by Yiannis and Landon. After damage from Hurricane Helene, my home needed helical piers installed to provide additional foundation support. They also performed a SettleStop PolyRenewal project to take care of settling issues with my front steps and walkway. They kept me informed of all the steps involved and made sure I was satisfied with the results.

Struggling with water seepage in the lower level of our house, I wanted to fix the problem once and for all and called Mount Valley. The inspector, Scott, did a detailed review, took the time to discuss everything, and made certain that my questions were answered. He also responded to follow-up questions that I had a few days later. Familiar with sump pump installations, having had one in a prior home, I became convinced that it would be the best way to ensure the problem would be solved. The initial installation schedule was farther out than I wanted, as we were trying to get ready for an influx of family, but MV was able to move us to an earlier date when they had a slot open up on their schedule. The installation foreman, Durand, worked with me to resolve site issues even though it meant another visit a few days later. The final installation was accomplished as Durand, Ron T, and Patrick worked past normal hours as the sun was going down to get the job done. In the end, I was grateful for a professional job by the MV team and the courtesy extended by everyone throughout. They are deserving of a fine review.

We discovered that we had an issue with our sump pump. The pump was not removing the water from underneath our house. Mark Duncan came out and spent several hours cleaning out the pump and running fresh water through the system. Now the pump works great! He also cleaned up any mud and dirt that he tracked in underneath the house. I was very impressed with the finished job.

Mark Duncan came by to inspect my footer drain and sump pump that was installed 2 years earlier. After identifying issues that was preventing proper drainage he came back out after hours and fixed my problem. Mount valley has done a great job at hiring good people and I’m thankful Mark was the one that was taking care of my problem. Mark was the perfect example of standing by the work of his company!

From start to finish Mount Valley Foundation did an amazing job. My husband and I just moved from WI into a 1950s home. We would set our AC to 70 and the humidity would make it 85 in the home. We got a few different quotes and made our choice. As a first time home owner it’s always scary trying to find the right pick but Shaun, Dre, and Alex were all very informative about what they were doing and was always patient about me asking questions. After a day of completion we now stay at a nice 70 degree home with low humidity.

Really it is I have never this far in my life ever meet such honest, professional, communicating, helping you to understand the process you are going into in my life. These people are definitely heaven sent. They take time to walk you through every step, show you pictures of what's going on and what has been done. Chris was very highly informative when coming out to give my estimate. And the crew Shawn and Alex I couldn't ask for better!! Goggle only allows 5 stars. These guys get 20 stars from me!!! I needed to have my foundation repaired and called several companies for estimates. Their rep showed up on time, was respectful, knowledgeable and took the time to actually HEAR us. There were other companies that were cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. The work started on schedule and finished on schedule as well. They continue to come out and check the job annually (at a very small fee of about an $150) since they guarantee their work for the life of the house. I happily recommend them to anyone who needs that kind of work done.

We are very thankful that we selected Mount Valley to raise and align the concrete slabs in our garage and sidewalk. Dustin came in july and gave us a very careful estimate and was extremely polite and helpful. And today, Yannis came and worked all day on the job raising and aligning the slabs in the garage and the sidewalk. He was extremely courteous and he was totally dedicated to making us happy with his work- – he did an excellent job!!

Mr. Daniel Herren is the best foundation specialist I’ve spoken too. He covers all possibilities of how it could happen, fixing etc. Mr. Herren is a professional and is not there to make money. I’m not being paid by this company and it was just an estimate, the way they handled themselves is the reason I wanted to recognize them and more importantly Mr. Herren.

We had foundation reinforcement work done with piers on our property, and we were very happy the way Yiannis and Landon handled the work. Their attitude and disposition were terrific. They explained what was going on and called us to show us what they were doing. We were fascinated by the way this kind of work is done. We appreciated Yiannis and Landon's work, friendliness and cleanliness. We hope to have good results with this work for many years.
