"Absolutely could not be more impressed with the integrity, Thoroughness, and honesty I received from Mitchell at Groundworks. I have been seeing some water seepage through my poured foundation walls as well as cracks in the basement floor. I work 2 jobs and it’s difficult to make appointments where I can be home. Mitchell was more than willing to be here on a Saturday afternoon to fit my schedule. He was here over 1.5 hours inspecting, laser leveling, and checking everything he could. As much as I wanted answers, I was terrified to have the issues looked at due to financial constraints. As it turns out, I have some poor quality concrete and some minor cracking & settling going on. No immediate repairs needed. I feel like I can breathe easy again and am so so thankful for the thoroughness of Mitchell’s inspection and his honesty about what’s going on. I will continue to monitor the situation and if repairs are needed in the future, I will definitely have Groundworks out again. Definitely give these folks a try, they are fabulous."
