He patiently answered my initial questions as well as my subsequent questions during the days after his inspection visit. Over the next several weeks, he patiently worked with me to schedule and reschedule the work to be performed as we had a series of atypical rainy weeks. Throughout the delayed scheduling process, I appreciated his responsiveness and agreeableness. He made the process easy by using all forms of communication, i.e., phone, email, text.
