I knew there was mold still in the wall, so they took the whole wall down; most companies would not do that, nor would they put the steps back, which they did the best they could, which I was very happy about, because there was mold hiding all the way up the wall behind some of the studs. They worked with all my needs, scheduled the job, and completed the job to my satisfaction over about a two-week period. Most other companies were 6 weeks out to schedule a job. They did all of this, pulled permits, and had it inspected for a better or same price than two other direct competitors."
