After talking to Jorge, I decided to go under the house with him and Juan for a brief period so he could show me where future electrical would be needed to properly connect the pumps they installed. They were courteous to show me how to safely get into the crawl space and then how to exit. Finally, the guys went above and beyond by informing me about a leak point coming from one of our bathrooms and made recommendations for services outside the scope of their work based on what would be best for us.
