First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt e-flowers to everyone involved. The team who carried out the waterproofing work was nothing short of amazing. They were punctual, efficient, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Yes, the jackhammering and dust were a bit overwhelming, but it's a small price to pay for the fantastic results I received. My basement has never been in better shape, and for that, I am immensely grateful. Thank you!
Regarding the annual maintenance service, Archie, my technician, is an absolute gem. He epitomizes professionalism in every sense of the word. Archie is incredibly thorough with his work, never in a rush, and always takes the time to point out things I should keep an eye on. Thanks to his keen eye and expertise, we managed to catch an issue with my water heater early on, saving me from potential headaches down the road.
I can't emphasize enough how much peace of mind the annual maintenance contract brings me. Knowing that Archie and Basement Technologies are on the job ensures that my now beautifully finished basement will remain dry and in top condition. I have to say, the names are a little confusing: 1-800 Busy Dog aka Basement Technologies and now Groundworks. No matter what they’re called, I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone I know who needs waterproofing solutions for their home.
