"Foundation Recovery System Certified Field Inspector Doug Helfrich set the bar high for foundation inspectors. I called 2 other companies out to my Mom’s house to inspect her foundation due to a couple of cracks and a small puddle of water on the slab floor from the water main & basement spigot in the foundation’s front stem wall, and got 2 bids.
Then came Doug..!! Doug throughly inspected the whole basement, from all 4 stem walls to the foundation slab floor. Doug is a professional, he’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail from small cracks inn the slab to the water leaking in from the front slab spigot, to things to keep an eye on, and/or future repairs that ‘may be needed’.
