"In October we contacted Groundwork’s for a home inspection of the foundation. We were contacted by Darren Breen. We explained to him our concerns and after his inspection, he explained our options, We decided that our best option was foundation stabilization. Darren explained this procedure to us in detail and a date for this job to be done was set up for February. In late November we were advised the necessary City permits has been obtained and the job could be started December. We were contacted by Amanda, project manager advising the date the work crew would be arriving and the project would be completed in two days, as advised the crew arrived on the assigned date. The crew was courteous and professional they answered any questions my wife and I had. The projected as stated was completed in two days. The crew did a good job cleaning up when the project was completed. Everyone that we had contact with from Groundworks were very professional and kept us apprised of everything that was being done.
