"We had been having issues with mold in our home and suspected that the crawlspace could be the culprit. I research companies ans contacted Groundworks. Joe Daleo came over and did a really thorough job of inspecting our property including our crawlspace and foundation. Whenever I encountered any of the guys, they were always polite and professional. I know it was difficult work to be underneath my house for eight hours a day and I couldn't understand how they could still be so friendly and genuinely happy. Joe Daleo continue to be in contact with me during the project and came over to check on the work that was being done. Since the encapsulation was completed, we have noticed that the temperature of our home stays more regulated and the musty scents have dissipated.
