We recently had water damage due to an ice dam, and they were able to get us on the schedule really quickly, which we appreciated. The guys that were on our project were amazing (Jay L., Mike N., Danny T.) They hustled and worked so hard, were super polite, and always communicated what was going on. Groundworks said they could get it back to a safe level and make it look good once complete. They did just that and I am very happy with the work completed. We also had a tree root that pushed the front walkway up causing a major tripping hazard and they leveled that portion out for us also. Great job and thank you to Collier and Mark P for their professionalism, excellent communication, and clean up making the job site look better than it was when they arrived. Gardner came to do an inspection of my basement and provide a quote. I had received other quotes that only provided for a single sump pump install at outrageous prices. He was very thorough, took two hours to measure, inspect, provided videos and explanations on everything, and the quote was shockingly affordable with so much more work I was ecstatic! I am getting a three sump pump with back up battery, and so much more for basically what the others quoted. And, to have the option to finance through Greensky was the cherry on top! Super friendly and patient staff. No high pressure sales. When the crew (Jose Campos, Wazir Mohammed and Brayan Aguirre) came over to install a sump pump and fix a drainage problem around our house, they were flexible and patient with our concerns and brainstormed solutions to address them. To fix our drainage problem they dug a ditch under our launch so our downspout would lead water away from the house. They patched the lawn so well that you can hardly see they were there. Another crew lifted our sidewalk so it was level and had no trip points. They did a very nice job and were patient with us even when we called them back just 10 minutes later to repair the caulking after a neighbor stepped in it while it was wet. (After we declined the crew's offer to put up caution tape too! So we took them up on their offer after they came back.) Just be mindful that your driveway and sidewalk may have different colors, so when they offer to color match their caulking to your concrete, check whether they can match each individually.

Rick helped relieve my concerns of the source of the smell (not sewer, just bacteria) and gave me a great solution (chlorine tablets). The crawlspace in our home needed lots of work. The old insulation was degraded and falling off, the sump pump was ancient, some evidence of moisture in the crawlspace, and the old tarp was degraded and the dirt under it was showing through. Sean came out and did an assessment and proposed some work be done. I was expecting the project to be overly expensive, but was shocked at the low price. I decided to move forward with the project. Clem, Dylan, and Khris came out and finished the job within a day and a half. Clem the foreman explained every step of the process. Clem and his team made me feel very comfortable with the work they were going to do. They replaced the insulation with new insulation. They replaced the sump pump and moved it to the back of the house, with a well in the backyard. The final step was to encapsulate the crawlspace. After everything was done, the crawlspace looked brighter and cleaner. Clem demonstrated the sump pump. Overall very satisfied with the work completed.

Mike V was the representative from Groundworks who provided an analysis of the area of concern. To begin with Mike contacted us a day prior to arrival and during his transport to say what time he will be here and he was on time! He spent a considerable amount of time reviewing our concern and in providing several resolutions. He did not rush and he reiterated the technical aspects of his recommendations. He explained in layman's terms so there was a clear understanding of the area of concern. Mike and Groundworks are highly recommended.

Shocked at how quiet they were outside of the jackhammering of course but even that was quick and quiet. They were careful of property, made suggestions that improved yard tenfold. Can't say enough about them and their work. Jobs like this you hope you don't have to have done however if you need to, these guys you want doing it.

From the initial consult to finishing of the job very professional people. They sent out 3 techs to work on my house . The techs sent out was Aaron,Caden and Kody . These 3 came out and from start to finish they kept me informed about every step and we're very helpful in a stressful time . New build home having some doubts on structure and driveway. Easy phone call and schedule made. The Rep was Mark Beamer that came out this past weekend, which I wanna say is awesome for anyone that works long week-days. Mark was very professional and informative about the issues I was telling him about and adding the possible causes and outcomes. He even went out of his way to laser level the inside of the house to double check the structure itself. So far I was quoted for the driveway and am in the process of working with the building now and loan provider to get the fixes my driveway needs now as water is coming right toward my house and basement. I’m glad I called these guys, and thankful Mark came out on a Saturday to educate me on what I was seeing, and giving me a solution and quote that will fix the problem. Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with the service I got for water proofing my basement. They were able to do it all in one day. I feel so much more comfortable now. They explained things as they were doing the work. I took pictures of how it was being done. They were pleasant. They were on time coming and they stayed until it was done. They came from Twinsburg. So happy I called them. Steven was my person that came and I worked with on the entire process. The guys that came to do the work was Jaden, Nelson, Oscar, and Gabriel. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process.
