Absolutely amazing transformation of our sunken slabs of sidewalk and steps! Everything has been perfectly leveled and Danila is a master at his craft. Valeri also worked efficiently and carefully through the whole process. We had a very complex section of broken concrete steps, landing and walkway that was a continuous pour up against the side of our garage. They were able to effortlessly level a 3 foot thick landing section of concrete that was 5 feet wide with steps down to an 18 inch thick connected walkway that was also 5 feet wide and 6 feet long. Truly incredible! Also, everyone connected to the company were very professional and very meticulous, from the receptionist to the estimator to the workers and communication was excellent through the whole process. We could not be happier with our results and they are highly, highly recommended!

Prince and Cleveland were very communicative on when they would be arriving and completed the work very quickly. The porch is in much better shape, and they managed to close gaps that were about 1 in down to less than a centimeter with minimal damage to the existing structure. I will definitely be using them for any future structural work that needs to be done.

Aside from responding back and forth via text and or phone calls regardless of the day and or hour he was on time, professional, and knowledgeable of more than just the issue I had at hand. We are very pleased with the work Wyatt, Quevin, and Tucker did improving our crawl space. The estimate was for 3 days of work but they stayed late and finished it in 2. They replaced the old thin damaged black plastic vapor barrier with a new high-quality one, added wall insulation above the foundation, and installed a drainage system to keep the area dry. The team was professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Highly recommended.

He was thorough in his inspection and provided clarity that our concern with our garage wasn’t as bad as another company had made it seem. Our inspector Nick was thorough and extremely patient with us as we worked through the various water related issues and solutions. We appreciated his knowledge and detailed explanations. On install day we had two fabulous crews that did the work. Franciso, Rene and Carlos replaced our sump pump and had the super tough job of digging the trench for the discharge line. They were on time, professional, courteous and made sure everything was left neat and clean. The concrete lift crew of Manuel and Carlos also did a great job. Everyone did such a good job of communicating expectations and keeping us informed as work progressed. I would highly recommend Groundworks to my friends and neighbors.

Had an emergency water pipe leak with water running into the basement where Groundworks had already installed a sump pump and drainage system. The pump clogged up with mud and wouldn’t work. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it. Thanks Josh!

On remediation day 1, Silvino contacted me regarding his arrival time. The excellent communication continued over the 2 days they were in my home. His team was polite, professional and extremely clean. They minimized the intrusion in my life, which isn't easy when you have jackhammers in your basement.
