What he found and educated me on was profound. He made it all make sense. He showed me several videos with illustrations to show how the issues started, how they will progress, and what can be done to remedy. Kevin was extremely polite. He is courteous and kind to my kids who were underfoot. He spent a lot of time showing and explaining things to me, and even told me things that were NOT a big problem and how I could fix them (such as a squeaky floor). He also prepared a detailed proposal and presented his findings and solutions to us all at the same visit. I am disabled. It was critical that it be completed quickly so a new deck could be built so I didn't fall. The sinking of the house and front stoop made it very unsafe. It took two days and they were done , cleaned up making sure it was safe for me. I really appreciate the quality of the work. It being done in a timely fashion and being Cleaned up. So no matter the problem with shoring up things they can fix it. I got my referral from a neighbor who said they were wonderful with their sinking driveway.

He's very easy to talk to and his aura is comforting enough that I didn't have any issues with him walking around my house unattended because typically I follow everyone that is in my house because I have trust issues. I like that he explained everything to me including showing me the signs outside that indicated that my foundation has some issues. I would 100% be comfortable recommending him to anyone. Although I don't like the fact that I have to spend money that I don't want to at least he made me feel good about it and was able to recommend several financing options.

I called Groundworks and Chris said if they couldn’t fix it, he would make sure to let me know who could fix it, but they were able to go in and level my floor right back up where it used to be, and they even did some outdoor work for some sinking under my driveway! Chris brought JJ with him and they weren’t pushy at all. They just laid down the facts and the made me feel very secure that I was not being taken advantage of and they did exceptional work! Groundworks Salt Lake City Utah I want to give a shout-out to the Groundworks crew who spent the week at my house: Russell D, the foreman, along with Cam, C.J., and Noah. These guys were professional, dependable, honest, and polite in every aspect of their work. They put in a ton of effort breaking cement, digging holes, and putting all the soil and cement back in place. And to top it off, that week in Salt Lake, the temperature was in the triple digits. I haven’t seen this level of hard work from any business or company in a long time. Russell, even though you were at your job for only a short time, you were amazing. This past week we had Groundworks out to gut and basically give us a brand new crawlspace. We recently had water damage due to an ice dam, and they were able to get us on the schedule really quickly, which we appreciated. The guys that were on our project were amazing (Jay L., Mike N., Danny T.) They hustled and worked so hard, were super polite, and always communicated what was going on. Mike actually found an unexpected gas leak and we were able to get that addressed as well. If it wasn’t for him, we never would have known. We highly recommend Groundworks and this team specifically. Thank you for everything!

Starting with Andrew who did the initial evaluation all the way through with the office that arranged installation date and crew that did the installation. Blake Weavers crew: Kylnn Neighbors, Gabriel Ortega and Devin Hawkins showed up on time, were easy to work with and answered all my questions. Was especially impressed with speed of installation and clean up. Thrilled that they even refastened some insulation that had fallen as well as reattached my dryer venting. 😀. It looks great and will make changing furnace filter an easier job. Would definitely recommend this company and product.
