If there were any concerns that popped up they informed me on it. They even gave me some pictures on how my foundation looked before they covered it up and fixed it. We hired Groundworks to help us fix a leak caused by surface/groundwater. Howard arrived the same day I called in to request a consultation. He was very patient and explained to my mother and I what needed to be done. When Ryan, Wyatt, and the rest of the team arrived, they were quick to realize that adjustments to the original plan needed to be made and quickly pivoted with a new plan. The crew worked tirelessly digging trenches and laying down pipes underneath the house in a small crawlspace. I appreciate all their hard work! The project was completed in 3 days. Ryan (Foreman) took the time to show us pictures of the work from start to finish and patiently explain the how's and why's of the process. Truly appreciate the entire team!! THANK YOU!! They deserve a bonus!

Compared to the other companies that c ame out and gave me estimates, groundworks was without a doubt top of the list. Groundworks representative spent an hour mapping out all the hollow spots in my driveway. The other companies spent less than 10 to 15 minutes and ended up not finding several of the spots that were actually hollow. So if I would have hired them the job would not have been completed properly. Luke and Anthony came out and did a superb job drilling the driveway and filling it with the polyfoam. They ground out the 20-year-old seals and replace them with the good stuff and I am extremely pleased with the job. Groundworks is top-notch in my book. They're the ones you should call honestly.

They replaced the old thin damaged black plastic vapor barrier with a new high-quality one, added wall insulation above the foundation, and installed a drainage system to keep the area dry. The team was professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Highly recommended.

The guys who worked on our driveway and steps were Andre’s Martinez and CJ Cleveland. Both worked well together finishing the project quickly. Immediate results were noticed with driveway slabs and steps being lifted back to their original position. The finished project looks good and with the 5 year warranty will see if it remains in place. Clean up was great and overall a really good job. My only comment would be to obtain gray sand for the caulk instead of tan. I think it would be a more normal and pleasing look.

I want to provide a big shout out to the great people at Groundworks. I had issues with an addition where the foundation was slipping away from the house causing increasing damage over time. I was able to receive a quick, complete estimate from Robert who answered all our questions and even came back after reviewing the plan with the engineer and found a way to save us money with a change in strategy. John and his team showed up and were happy warriors on the two coldest days in the past decade and did a fantastic job. Once the work was done I noticed there was slightly more damage on the inside than I expected due to the leveling of the foundation and way the room had initially been built. I contacted Groundworks and Dan came out to review with me and was able to provide a modest rebate. From start to finish the experience was prompt, professional, and enjoyable. I strongly recommend this company and their employees and will not hesitate to reach out in the future for any further foundation issues.

We recently had piers installed in our crawlspace by the Ground Works team. Ben Pebeck was very helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent in his initial assessment of our needs as well as upon the walkthrough after completion. The installation crew of Caleb Lacey and Oscar were extremely professional and courteous while in and around our home as they performed the scope of work. Communication was outstanding throughout the process and Caleb and Oscar even went above and beyond to locate an access under our kitchen that my wife and I had been trying to locate the past several months. They found the access and took video to show me so that I can access it on a different project we’re working on! Also, shoutout to Natasha who helped us schedule everything and kept the communication free flowing! All-in-all, a great team, great work and I’d highly recommend them!

Aaron and Londynn arrived to help with a sloping patio addition, and also to level the driveway as it enters our garage. We knew the patio was going to be a challenging job; I already had a structural engineer give us her opinion about possible fixes. When Aaron looked at things, he had concerns about columns for an overhanging arbor which were piercing the patio slab, believing that these could be significant friction points during slab jacking. Unfortunately, and despite applying many tons of lifting force on the edge of the patio with jacks, the slab refused to budge. His concern at that point was that the slab would fracture at the weak point where the columns pierced the slab. With his recommendation. we elected to stop the lift at that point. Only a little disappointed, I realized his expertise had truly saved us from an unhappy result. They did inject foam to stabilize the patio at its current position, until we decide if a full replacement is in the cards. They then moved on to leveling the driveway slabs where it enters the garage. This part of the job was fast and very straightforward. They replaced all the deteriorating wooden strips at expansion joints. Everything there looks A++. We were charged only what we had placed as a downpayment for the entire job, despite them spending as much time at my home as they might have, had everything gone 100%. At the end of the day, I can say that I am very happy with the work that Aaron, London, and Groundworks did for us. And I am particularly impressed with the expertise of the men that Groundworks sent to take care of us. Although we weren't able to get done everything we'd hoped, I can confidently say that I would wholeheartedly recommend them for minimally invasive lifts of slabs, foundations, and driveways.

Groundworks is an extremely professional organization and delivers a quality product as well as customer service. We had our crawl space encapsulated. The person (Kalen) who came to review the product and installation was professional, knowledgeable and reviewed their product without pressure. The crew who came to do the work (Aaron, Elijah, Carlos) were all efficient, friendly, and great at communicating their progress. They did an outstanding job. Groundworks also sent a person to do a site checkup while the crew was working. An overall great experience.

I was very happy with every part of their service. Their sales woman was a really good communicator, very clear, knowledgeable and thorough about what they were going to do for our crawl space. Rosalino and his crew were amazing, and made sure that we were happy with his work, and definitely has a measure twice, cut once kind of mentality. Before getting started, he carefully discussed what he was going to do to make sure it was what I expected. I couldn't have asked for a better foreman. He notified us immediately when unexpected things happened (leaks in our plumbing), and helped mitigate it until I was able to get a plumber to fix things. Plus the whole crew was super polite and friendly. I've noticed the air in my house seems to cause me less allergic reactions, right after they were done.

This will be a follow-up 5 star review. FSS, now Groundworks, installed a seal system and a sump pump in our crawlspace in 2023. The back-up battery recently began to malfunction. The company sent Isaac to investigate. He was timely and spent a a couple of hours trouble shooting to make sure there were no other issues. Sure enough, he found an issue with the sump pump that was actually the underlying problem. He made the effort to return to his office, quite a distance from our house, to get the necessary parts to fix the problem and then returned to fix it. He also swapped out the battery which had become defective due to the underlying issue. It would have been easy for him to simply do the latter, and our problem would have persisted without us knowing it. This extra trouble-shooting effort made a difference, in other words. What also particularly pleased me was that Isaac was also the tech who had come to our house last spring – continuity matters, especially for a company like Groundworks-FSS. The facts speak for themselves as to the quality of the service. We are very pleased.

Getting piers put under your house and having it lifted is a very daunting preposition. We need to pull the trigger to try and correct some settling and also prep for future work. Luckily the team that Groundworks sent over (David, Russell, & Enrique) really made the experience as painless as possible. The entire team was super friendly the entire week they were on site, even working through some pretty gnarly weather. David did a fantastic job explain the entire process and answer any questions I had, even some of the hypothetical ones about different scenarios. During the lift they did a great job in making sure there was little stress on the house as possible, this was key for us since we had just done a bathroom and kitchen remodel not that long ago.
