My experience with a competing company prompted me to contact Bedlam F&C for a second opinion. Bedlam explained what went wrong with my previous foundation repair and how to finally fix the problem. The work crew showed up early, fully explained the procedure and kept me updated at every step of the process. I wish I contacted Bedlam the first time, eleven years ago.

Had such a great experience with the Team from Bedlam. They came out and lifted our pool deck back to level and removed old caulking and applied new that matched the decking. Would recommend them 💯

Bedlam is great to work with. We have used them for two projects, a driveway leveling and a slab foundation leveling. The driveway needed a second visit, under warranty, and they scheduled it the same day as the foundation project so we were inconvenienced as little as possible. They also bid lower than the company that originally did the foundation work that still had remaining warranty on it. Luke and Callie showed up early, Summer called first, and they got started right away. They asked questions when needed and resolved problems that were encountered along the way. They cleaned up as they progressed and completed the job quicker than I expected.

I gave 5stars only because of the young man (Luke) who did the actual repair. He and his helper (sorry I don’t remember his name) were well versed in there task . The floor had more cracks than a plummer’s convention. They worked 7 hours non stop and the results were outstanding! I hope the owners realize what an awesome asset this young man is.
The other side of this story is the poor communications from the office regarding the need to reschedule the work three times .
Again Luke was very fast to provide apologies and cover for the poor communications mister Owner the office help either needs help or better training .
All and all the product be and work performed were wonderful.
