David and Diego did a great job. They communicated with me at the beginning of the day, walked me through the work that they would be doing, answered my questions and cleaned up everything once they were done. Even did a final walk through to be sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely recommend FSS.

Brian Graham and the foundation repair team were great to work with. Everyone was very kind, answered all my many questions, worked hard, was very flexible and overall did a fantastic job. Our foundation repairs were done awhile ago and I have had very few issues and overall feel it worked out great. Amazingly they didn't crack a single tile in the house despite quite a lift of the house.

If you need foundation repair this is the company to call! I would like to commend Jay and Karl for their professionalism and customer service while fixing the wrap around deck of my 20 year old home. I was late getting home and they had already consulted with my wife prior to starting work. When I got home I was greeted by Karl who gave me a quick rundown on how the work was going. Jay also showed me how they had already fixed the worst area of the deck and were stabilizing what remained. I felt I was in good hands because they were so happy in what they were doing and had such great attitudes about the work. Their enthusiasm in their job was refreshing to see. I would also like to thank Ethan for coming out for the initial inspection and explaining how the job would go. Both Ethan and Jay explained the 5 year warranty and how it works.

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. After the service they themselves asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, as well as were patient (after a long day of work) to answer any questions I had. Still a day or two after the work was completed FSS called to make sure everything was no less than satisfactory. As well as ask you specific questions to ensure the team that came out executed what they were expected to the company’s standards and if not so they can review it in their next meeting. I could tell FSS strives to be the best and are always looking to improve. FSS truly cares for you and ensures you’re left feeling good about the service. They’ll take care of your home as if it were their own.

We had a sudden issue with the foundation, Adrian S came out and set things up for us, and the crew showed up really fast and did a magnificent job. Our crew Mike L, David L. Elyas L, Robert T, and Stafford C. could not have been better. We were facing a major structural issue with the house which could have resulted in untold damage. Thank goodness I found them, and made the call. Adrian really walked my wife through each and every part of the process which helped a great deal in her understanding of the need for the work. They explained every single step of the process as they did it, they worked with us to minimize the disruption. They showed us what they were doing, and actually found another issue which could have been a major subsidence for which we are exceptionally thankful. While any foundation issue is a panic situation they were able to really put my wife's mind at ease, they raised my daughters room over an inch, and the garage over 2 and stopped the cracking dead in its tracks. The doors now shut properly, and the job was as neat as possible, and they cleaned up very well afterwards which was nice. The moved the downspouts away from the house to perfect locations and set the pop valves well so I do not have to worry about the mower. They also were very careful and did not damage any of the tie rods on the porch which was very thoughtful. If you live in the South Texas and Cibolo area, and don't call these guys you are making a bad mistake. Yes, it is expensive, but they made the process transparent, and easy. If I could give them SIX stars I would do so. I just feel sorry for the pouring rain and humidity that they had to suffer through.

Where do I begin… From the moment I had my free inspection I knew this company was different than all the others. But Being sold on a job doesn't mean that the work will match the sales pitch. I am happy to report that I had a 5 star experience with FSS and have even recommended them to another friend. Jay did my foam stabilizer and he was so personable and respectful. He was very communicative with me and was a joy to work with. Alex, LJ, and Angel did so much work! These guys were so cool and such hard workers. They did my sump pump, dehumidifier, and encapsulation. Alex spoke with me DAILY to make sure I was aware of what they were doing and even provided photos to keep me abreast of how the job was going. Finally, Lee and Zro did the soil injections. They worked fast and thorough. Lee was an absolute gentleman and made sure i was informed on what they were doing and why. Foundation work is such an expensive headache but this company makes you feel that it's worth it! If you are looking for this best, look no further than FSS.

The service from FSS (Groundworks) was phenomenally! I was super impressed with the quality of work and how quick they completed the job!! I was thinking it would take 3 days but only took half the day! The team the worked at my home was Mark W., Bayron A. and Nathan K. Just had an appointment with Ivan Aviles Field Specialist. He really knows what he is talking about. My wife and I were not sure what to expect because foundation repairs are no little job. The way he explained the process really made it a lot easier to understand. Going to have a few more appointments but as of now Foundation Support Specialists are my first pick.
