Where do I begin… From the moment I had my free inspection I knew this company was different than all the others. But Being sold on a job doesn't mean that the work will match the sales pitch. I am happy to report that I had a 5 star experience with FSS and have even recommended them to another friend. Jay did my foam stabilizer and he was so personable and respectful. He was very communicative with me and was a joy to work with. Alex, LJ, and Angel did so much work! These guys were so cool and such hard workers. They did my sump pump, dehumidifier, and encapsulation. Alex spoke with me DAILY to make sure I was aware of what they were doing and even provided photos to keep me abreast of how the job was going. Finally, Lee and Zro did the soil injections. They worked fast and thorough. Lee was an absolute gentleman and made sure i was informed on what they were doing and why. Foundation work is such an expensive headache but this company makes you feel that it's worth it! If you are looking for this best, look no further than FSS.

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

We had our sinking driveway leveled in 2022. They did an amazing job, but I’m mostly impressed with the warranty FSS provides. Each year they come to adjust any settling that has occurred. Matthew Keller was here yesterday to make sure all was well. There was no additional settling despite the extreme drought. There were 2 neighbors who came and asked him to come look at their driveways. Matthew was so very kind and took the time to meet with everyone requesting his time. 5 stars doesn’t seem adequate for the amazing service we’ve received from FSS

Just had an appointment with Ivan Aviles Field Specialist. He really knows what he is talking about. My wife and I were not sure what to expect because foundation repairs are no little job. The way he explained the process really made it a lot easier to understand. Going to have a few more appointments but as of now Foundation Support Specialists are my first pick.

When they hit a snag, because of some tree roots, they quickly came up with a solution. They finished their part and picked up their tools and spread some leftover dirt in another part of our yard. Brian Graham and the foundation repair team were great to work with. Everyone was very kind, answered all my many questions, worked hard, was very flexible and overall did a fantastic job. Our foundation repairs were done awhile ago and I have had very few issues and overall feel it worked out great. Amazingly they didn't crack a single tile in the house despite quite a lift of the house.

He went through our home and took all the needed measurements and explained in detail what needs to be done to correct our foundation problems. He was very professional and took the time to ensure we understood the problem and what it would take to resolve problem.
