I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for.

Diego and David showed up on the day of work on time and again, professional in outlining the work to be performed and the process involved. Just had an appointment with Ivan Aviles Field Specialist. He really knows what he is talking about. My wife and I were not sure what to expect because foundation repairs are no little job. Brian did a great job explaining the process and working with me on payment options. Kaz and his team worked hard all day and got my foundation raised more than even expected. Doors are closing as they should and I am happy with the outcome. Kaz even accepted my request of patching the cracks with the cement he had used for the patio. All around great company, very honest and upfront. Will recommend to anyone needing foundation repair.

Brian Graham performed an inspection inside and underneath my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX on April 25th, 2024. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He communicated clearly the scope of the foundation problem by providing photos and a floor plan with elevations. In addition, his description of the proposed solution was understandable. He patiently answered my initial questions as well as my subsequent questions during the days after his inspection visit. Over the next several weeks, he patiently worked with me to schedule and reschedule the work to be performed as we had a series of atypical rainy weeks. Throughout the delayed scheduling process, I appreciated his responsiveness and agreeableness. He made the process easy by using all forms of communication, i.e., phone, email, text. Brian Graham is a valuable asset for FSS and an important member of their team! ###################### On July 9, 2024, a crew of about seven men from FSS performed the foundation repairs on my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX. They were focused, careful, and efficient as they did their work. I appreciated that they protected my carpet as they came in and out of my home and provided photos of the work they did upon completion of the project. ###################### Randy Blair, FSS Production Supervisor, was very helpful to me at the end of the foundation repair process on my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX. His role was to send the work crew to my home and then follow up with me after they completed the repairs. He was easy to talk with and was committed to my satisfaction. He answered my questions and concerns, listened patiently to my feedback, and responded appropriately to my subsequent requests. I appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. –D Baker

I was little panicky when I felt the front section of the home we purchased just a year ago dropped down cracking some of the interior wall. After shopping around for a competent company to fix my foundation I settled on FSS. Well, today, Cornell and his three men crew came and did a great job stabilizing my foundation. They were courteous, professional, and above all patient in explaining to me what was done, how it affect my future improvements, etc. I am very happy to have chosen FSS.

We purchased our retirement home a year ago, and knew there had been foundation repairs. However, nothing prepared us for major headache of getting the warranty honored from the other company. Thus, we decided to get 3 estimates and settled on Foundation Support Specialists. From the initial consultation from Jay Brooks to the crew of Jose N, Tyler C, and Ricky R; we are thrilled with our results. The crew was respectful of our home and the fact that we had done so much landscaping around the house. Don’t settle for the cheapest bid, but the best company.

He went through our home and took all the needed measurements and explained in detail what needs to be done to correct our foundation problems. He was very professional and took the time to ensure we understood the problem and what it would take to resolve problem. This is a first class company and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs.
