This is a great company to work with. We first met Ben who analyzed our situation and kindly sat down with us and discussed a plan that not only addressed the most serious foundational problems first but kept it affordable for us. A few weeks later David, Bobby and Jesus came by, even though it looked like rain, and not only got the job done quickly and efficiently but they did an awesome job of cleaning up and replacing concrete. David was really friendly and walked us through the whole process, too. We can’t recommend this company enough!

Clem, Garrett, & Nick arrived in the time stated. Clem explained the process, discussed what they hoped to do & finished paperwork right away. The piller by our front door had sunk and was pulling the stone from our house around the front door, column and window. Their efforts alligned everything back up perfectly! They cleaned up, poured cement, (let me put in our initials) 🙂 & headed back to Colorado Springs in one day. They were courteous, attentive and a pleasure to work with through out the day. Thank you! Groundworks saved my home. I recently bought my family's first house. I was devastated to learn that there was a ton of undisclosed damage to the foundation. I scheduled a free consultation and inspection with Groundworks. Jonathan came out for that, and really took his time to review the damage and make sure my home would get the support it needed. He found parts of my home were sunk into the ground over two inches. It was a big job. It was a huge relief to know that we did not need to leave the house or get a hotel room for the duration of the construction. Jordan and Joshua did the digging and peir installation. They were super professional, punctual, and communicative. They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it, and answered any questions I had. When I thought they were going to take the day off due to poor weather, they still showed up at 7:30am with panchos on, ready to work in the rain. These guys were efficient. After the house had been lifted, it was time to stitch some cracks and inject foam into the concrete slab. Alex and Manny came into the house for that second portion of the job. Again, these two were professional, punctual, communicative, and just very straightforward. This house is the biggest purchase i'll ever make, and the livelihood of my entire family is riding on the integrity of the foundation. All these men treated this situation with the same gravity as I do. It was as serious to them as it is to me. You can't ask for better service than that. I'm so grateful for Jonathan, Jordan, Joshua, Alex, Manny, and the whole Groundworks crew. Thank you all so much. -Mike from Antioch

I SAY ALLEGED BECAUSE I GOT TWO DIFFERENT QUOTES FOR RANGING FROM $3000-$5000 TO FIX AN ISSUE SHE DID NOT HAVE, WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME WAS MOLD WAS ACTUALLY EFFLORESCENCE AND THE MOISTURE LEVEL WAS LESS THAN 2%. CALL THE BASEMENT AUTHORITY DON'T SCREW AROUND WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!! THANKS AGAIN DAN!!!!

Please see the earlier review (3/12) for context. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mt. Valley Foundation Services regarding our sump pump installation. Overall, the team did an excellent job with both the initial installation and the subsequent repair of the discharge lines, which had come apart over time. They were professional, transparent, and truly seemed to care about the project. The only challenge I encountered was not with Mt. Valley Foundation Services itself, but rather with its parent company, Ground Works. From my experience, Ground Works has acquired many smaller foundation companies across the U.S., and it seems they may be struggling with logistical coordination. The call center they use is not very user-friendly, and I experienced multiple miscommunications and scheduling errors. Unfortunately, this puts Mt. Valley Foundation Services at the mercy of Ground Works' logistical issues. That said, I highly recommend working with Mt. Valley Foundation Services. My advice is to obtain the names and direct contact information of the service team when booking—this makes future communication significantly easier. Once I was able to reach the team directly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living in a flood-prone area, I feel confident that the sump pump project they completed will be a tremendous benefit to our home and property. A big thanks to Danny (the manager) and his team for their outstanding work!
