I had some moisture problems in my crawlspace and Indiana Foundation Service sent Daniel McGowan and Marcus C to do an inspection. I was not expecting such a thorough and comprehensive inspection but I definitely received one. Night and day difference between the last two companies I’ve had out. The first crawled about 10 feet into my crawlspace and came out after about 2-3 min, the second was here for about 10 mins, but Daniel and Marcus spent at least 1 ½ hours in my crawl and then more time going over their findings with me. They made sure I understood everything and told me what was and what was not necessary moving forward. If you’re getting an inspection make sure they are on your list.
