They did a great job installing support posts in our basement and piers under our porch. They were quick and professional and Ryan explained clearly the work they were doing. He also stated why, as the foreman, after seeing the plans and reality, I didn’t need all of the work that was outlined in the plan. This saved me money, which is honestly rare. They didn’t try to upsell me anything, and I do appreciate the honesty. Jared and Taylor were also friendly and helpful.

They worked hard to make everything look as good as it could be and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had. From the initial estimate to work completion, our experience has been excellent with Foundation Recover Systems. Chris Vanderpool provided the estimate. He was thorough in his explanation of the work and his reasoning for those specific steps. He also helped us determine what was most urgent to have done, which was a gift when considering spending so much money at once. He never once pushed us by putting down other companies, but let his professionalism and apparent expertise speak for itself. He was quick to answer questions and communicative while we were making our decision. The crew who ultimately came to do our work also spoke very highly of him. The crew that completed the work were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, worked hard, were quiet (apart from the necessary noise of their equipment), and communicative. Their communication impressed me most. Each day, they gave me a rundown of what they’d done, where they were at in the process, and answered any questions I had. Upon completion, they walked my husband and me through everything and provided us with thorough and complete instructions for how to manage the waterproofing system after our 3 year maintenance period is up. When we discovered an issue, they came out right away and fixed it at no extra cost. They stand by their work and honor their commitment. We had 4 companies total provide estimates for the work, and I am so thankful we chose Foundation Recovery Systems.
