Mark C. was so helpful during today’s visit!! He took his time and answered my millions of questions patiently and informatively. He made suggestions on what work might need to be done in the future without ever making me feel oversold. He was at my house for over an hour, could tell I was anxious and wanted to make sure I understood everything, and made sure that when he left, I felt comfortable with next steps on how to best address any of my foundation concerns.

Collin Dozier inspected our crawlspace and gave explanation of what was going and what was needed to fix the issues. Nero, Hector and Denilsson arrived on time and ready to work. We had 9 jacks and a steel I beam installed. Once finished, Denilisson took me on a tour of their work. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They were professional and friendly! We are very happy with JES and have already recommended them to others in our association.

Groundwork's came out to add a drainage system to our crawl space. The crew did an amazing job! Mark, the foreman, did a wonderful job keeping us apprised of the work everyday. The crew: Robert, Ruben, Daniel M, Kamari C Trae H, and Marques did a great job. The job was a big one, but they attacked it and were able to complete it. I appreciate how respectful, polite and responsive they were, not only with us but our home as well. Great job guys!
