I had another competitor give me a proposal and it varied to the point it made me think if he actually told me the truth or just to make a sale. He never actually inspected my crawl space. Micheal reached out before the appointment to introduce himself and confirm the information. He showed up on time and was very informative and the quote was within what I had researched. He followed up quickly with a date to get the work scheduled as well. Look forward to getting the work done.

Great experience. Was able to easily book an inspection for my first available date. John L. came to the house to look at our problem and expertly formulated a plan. Explained to me what was wrong and what products were best to use to fix the problem. I was able to be placed on the work calendar much sooner than I anticipated. On the service date, foreman Matt K. outlined again the plan for installation of the beam and jacks required to fix our sagging floor. He answered a couple of my questions in clear terms that I could understand. Crew members Xavier T. and Tommy D. were friendly but very professional and highly efficient in their work flow. Matt K called the morning of just to ensure correct service time but FSM uses a texting system to update the customer of everything on the service date. When they’re leaving the shop, when they’ve arrived at the property. Worked flawlessly. All of it exceeded expectations!

I had my crawl space encapsulated last year. An inspector came to check as they do in a year it was after a heavy rain and found a significant amount of water. The crew came back the next day and put in a drainage system. Everything was left spotless. I would highly recommend AFS to anyone. Thank you Nikoli, Christian, Caleb and Chris awesome job.
