Today, our Groundwork’s service technician, Mike Bowers, was very thorough communicating with us in reviewing the problem, and in inspecting our sump pump and outdoor yard issues. He then made adjustments to our sump pump and created a plan for us going forward to figure out what, if any, more adjustments might be needed.

The two crews both arrived on time and worked continuously until their project was completed. I had my driveway lifted one week and a drain installed across the bottom of the driveway the next week. At completion the team leader went out of his way to answer all my questions and to clarify the warrantee covering my projects. The crew left the area clean and ready for use, removing all the debris.

Definitely recommend these guys over the others in the area. I’ve had work done by another company and these guys had to complete what the others didn’t do and were much more affordable. Bobby was great at explaining the process and Michael and Cuda were the true professionals experts I expect when paying for a project. If I need any foundation/crawlspace work in the future these are the only guys I will call.

Cory did a thorough inspection and explained every aspect of his proposals and provided useful information about the company and their way of working.
