Thanks to the awesome crew of Isaiah, Hunter, and Manny, I can now use my treadmill without wondering whether my sunroom floor and I are both going to fall through! The team replaced damaged floor joists and installed new wood girders, completing a substantial structural repair in only two days. They worked tirelessly, despite the extreme heat and humidity, yet remained hard-working, professional, friendly, and respectful of my home throughout the entire job. The foreman, Isaiah, was exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, attentive to every detail, and genuinely warm and personable. His excellent leadership was reflected in the quality, care, and efficiency of the entire crew. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding work and would recommend this company and team without hesitation.

The guys who worked on our driveway and steps were Andre’s Martinez and CJ Cleveland. Both worked well together finishing the project quickly. Immediate results were noticed with driveway slabs and steps being lifted back to their original position. The finished project looks good and with the 5 year warranty will see if it remains in place. Clean up was great and overall a really good job. My only comment would be to obtain gray sand for the caulk instead of tan. I think it would be a more normal and pleasing look.

We just experienced the absolute best dealing with Groundworks. From the initial inspection and estimate (Alan), to the prompt scheduling and confirmation of appointment the day before to the acknowledgement of ETA the morning of – every facet was top tier professional. Toy and Joey arrived on the job at the appointed time and immediately assesed the situation with our sunken 8' x 10' driveway pad section. I had diligently researched mud jacking, demo and reconcrete/finishing and polyurethane foam pad lifting. Wishing to keep the same color and finish after any repair, pad lifting seemed to be the best option. I have learned that pad lifting is an inexact science and succes or failure results in the ability of the technicians to "read" the concrete since composition of materials as well as the quality of the original pour must be factored in to know how much material (foam) should be applied and where to inject it so that cracking or over lifting can be avoided. Not only was the job done to my satisfaction but it was done with no cracking of the surface and leveled to match the other pads. It was only after the job was completed that Toy and Joey casually mentioned that they finished a job last night after dark and over 75 miles from my location. Both gentleman were curteous, respectful of me and my property and were a joy to work with. If you are old enough to remember high quality customer service provided in "the old days" or have only heard about it, you will be highly pleased with Groundworks and their highly skilled technicians. And, as an aside, Groundworks estimate beat all the other forms of repair. We highly recommend this crew and this company!

I have been working with Groundworks for a few years now to correct some basement issues and they continuously provide me with the best service and quality. I just had Mel, Martin, and Lalo complete a water proofing job and they were GREAT! The work is wonderful. They left the place completely clean and Mel communicated with me all through the process making sure everything would come to a smooth close. Thanks!

From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

I had Groundworks complete 2 different services for my current residence. I recently purchased a house and noticed some cracks in the walls and a couple cracks in the foundation wall in the lower level of my home. I decided to call Groundworks to come asses the situation and give me some options. After the initial consult with Kenneth to my relief the foundation wasn't in bad shape but the exterior perimeter on the slab was sinking. He suggested for a sump to be put in and polyjacking on the lower slab. The price was affordable as well. The first crew who came out was for the sump pump to be installed. The foreman was Jeremy Elston, and the two other employees were Demetrius and Edwin. Jeremy was polite and communication was good. The other two were polite as well and they all worked diligently to get the job done, and they were very clean and used plastic to cover the floors. Altogether the install went well and looked professional. The crew that came out the second day to do the polyjacking were Ryan Langston as the foreman and Andrew Lester to help. Ryan was friendly and informative and did a great job lifting the exterior and stabilizing the slab. They also left my house clean. It was a good experience altogether between the 2 crews. I would recommend this company they have great warranties that come with their services as well and they are fairly priced and have given me piece of mind that my foundation problems will be minimal after their installs.
