We had a couple guys come out to quote foundation issues and encapsulation. Mount Valley was amazing from start to finish. They guys are extremely polite and professional. They went out of their way to complete the job on time even when a member got sick the guy, Justin and Messian came through to finish the job on schedule. These gentleman showed us a leak and looked throughout the home to check anywhere else. They buttoned up the crawlspace and gave us instructions for the dehumidifier. Also the project manager was on site and helped us get the dips out of the floor several times to satisfaction. Great group and people and would highly recommend.

I recently used AFS to complete waterproofing and stabilization in my basement. I am so pleased with the work that was completed, and everyone I encountered throughout the process was amazing. Seth, who did the initial inspection and completed the proposal, was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. Alexis handled all of the paperwork; she was prompt, courteous, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. Cesar, Miguel, and Luciano completed the work for us in just two days! They were so polite, professional, and very hard working! Cesar kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the process and answered any questions I had. They completed all of the work with precision and left the area looking neat and clean. If professionalism and customer service are important to you, go with AFS! I can't recommend them enough.

He explained that we now have a baseline for comparison in future years re: our house's foundation settling. He also informed us about the effect of moisture content of soil below the foundation and how to mitigate the potential problem. It's such a pleasure when I can write a great review about the service provided by a company, and it happens all to infrequently. But, I am so happy with the work done by AFS Chattanooga and can't thank everyone affiliated with them enough for the job done at our home in Ooltewah. From the gentleman who arrived to look at my crawlspace and work up a great bid, to the reps on the phone to the installation team of Caleb Britton, Aiden Lanford and Spirit Ettesvold I was treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was ON TIME, friendly and courteous, professional and determined that my husband and I be happy with the encapsulation job from start to completion. I was texted before the job with an ETA that matched what I had been told by Eric when he did the bid. I was called when they were on their way. The job was explained at every step. These guys WORK!!! No goofing off or milking the day. WOW!! My crawlspace went from disgusting to clean and beautiful. I don't get to say this often enough, but I can't recommend this company enough. They have a great reputation and reviews for a reason. They work hard for it and EARN it. Thanks to everyone at AFS!!!

Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! Groundworks about a month ago (BQ) came out with their team (Steve , Pedro, Tim and Chris) to install a French Drain System…they were an impressive team. Very Professional …and are dialed with their working process. I had pulled up the Asbestos tile and got the basement space ready for them. I was amazed at how much work they were able to complete in the amount of time on the job ! excellent clean up …and quality of work very high…granted the cost to install the French Drain was not inexpensive but definitely a very smart project to finally get completed for the house. I would highly recommend they for their work scope(s)
