The county inspector stated that it was so clean & was encapsulated properly that we could eat dinner there or even bring a pillow and sleep there. Thank you so much TarHeel Basement System. Alpha was great from start to finish. From the initiating call to the explanation of work they had done. They were responsive, punctual, communicative, personable, tidy and did an amazing job. From the first contact with Christian to the final explanation with the crew (Brendon and Nick) it was seamless and professional. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Brendon and Nick did a great job! They even accommodated us on a kind of odd request. Since we had a giant hole in our floor, we asked them to leave it open so we could get a floor safe installed. They figured out what we needed and made it work! Great thinking on their feet! Almost makes me wish we had more foundation issues….Almost! I highly recommend Alpha Foundations!!

Marvin and Larry arrived Saturday, April 11, 2026, and began working right away to install a powerful dehumidifier that vented moisture from the basement to the outside. The process was explained to me and to my contractor; they made sure both of us understood the whole process of beginning to remove mold from my basement. Both young men were respectful and worked quickly and efficiently. Before they left they made sure we understood what they had done that day, and left a manual for the dehumidifier, which my contractor appreciated. Both were open to any questions that we had.
