Foundation Recovery Systems representatives, Ian Ward and Mike Perkins, came to our home in Waterloo and spent many hours diagnosing our foundations issues. Their communications skills were excellent using computer diagrams of the problems, the solution and the cost. Personable, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you!

So sorry for the late review guys but Josh B and Jacob were superb with getting the job complete and done in an efficient time. AFS is just a great company all-around as I've had two projects completed by them. They are also the best in price comparisons.

I recently had JES Foundation Repair come out to lift some concrete around my pool, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and the work they did more than met my expectations. The lifted areas look great and the difference is night and day. If you’re dealing with settled or uneven concrete, don’t hesitate to contact JES. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Denis G for the recent sump pump service. Denis was professional and knowledgeable. That being said, I'm not thrilled with Groundworks new pricing structure as it benefits those with multiple sump pumps, but not those with just one.

Guys (Spencer & Ethan) were on time and explained what they were going to do. When the job was complete, they let me know when I could safely drive on it and answered more questions. They kept a very organized work area and cleaned up way more than I expected when they were done, I highly recommend this process if you aren't ready to totally replace your driveway – It is by far less expensive

Service technician ******* ****** came to our home for our annual inspection and to look at a specific issue I had been having. This same issue had been looked at by another source a year ago with no resolution. It took ******* less than 15 minutes to assess and find the problem. He explained everything to me and had it resolved that afternoon.Beyond his repairs, I found ******* to be a warm and personable individual, taking time to listen and understand my questions and concerns. I appreciated his time and attention to all we discussed related to our home. He made the entire visit easy and pleasant.
