In 1972, Metro Structural was founded and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Tulsa and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Metro Structural and Oklahoma City-based Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. Groundworks was not the lowest bidder, but I was impressed. They gave me valuable information about my whole house, not just the part I was having known issues with. It gave me real peace of mind. The crew that came to level my porch were efficient and very helpful. I had removed all the furniture except one heavy piece. They removed it, though they were not asked to do so. Even better, they placed all the furniture back in place. Since I am an elderly woman with a handicapped daughter, this was very much appreciated.

Groundworks took over the company that had installed my encapsulation. That company seemed to do a good job but they never followed up to do an inspection like they said they would. Chris at Groundworks recently came out to inspect and service the crawl space dehumidifier. He did a thorough inspection and fixed the dehumidifier. Chris was very nice and professional and communicated prior to the inspection as to timing of when he would arrive. The person I talked to in the office was also very nice and professional. Excellent service from Chris and Groundworks.

I was noticing deeper cracks on the interior spaces of my home, mainly around doors. I had seen Groundworks advertised on TV and gave went online and requested an inspection. I was quickly contacted and my inspection was scheduled within about 2 weeks from requesting. My Inspector was very thorough and went over what he recommended for my home. Once I decided to have the work completed my installation was quickly scheduled. Des, Darling and RJ showed up ready to get to work. They did a super job communicating with each other while lifting my home, they were respectful and provided quality service!
