In 1972, Metro Structural was founded and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Tulsa and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Metro Structural and Oklahoma City-based Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. Todd is a great service tech, on-time, pleasant and completed the inspection promptly. Groundwork’s as a whole replaced the supports under the house, replaced rotted cross beams, encapsulated and insulated the crawl space making it as clean, dry and safe as a crawl space can possibly be.

We haven't "pull the trigger" yet, but from the initial call I made to Scott driving off, every part of the appointment was awesome. They have tools in their arsenal to make anyone jealous. After examining our "situation" carefully, Scott went to his truck for about 15-20 minutes and came back with a presentation that wowed my wife and I. He explained everything and tried to taylor the estimate to our budget. He absolutely WAS NOT pushy or overbearing with the bid packet. The information he left us more than explained or answered our questions (not that we had any). Scott and Groundworks are polite and professional.

Dylan Johnson came to our home and did a very thorough job of checking the entire area. We needed our concrete driveway lifted and repaired. Our sidewalk was also needing some attention. He did a great job explaining everything and educating us on how Groundwork’s process works. It was not cheap but it was reasonable and about what we expected it to cost.
