My garage foundation was sinking. After talking to several vendors, I chose Groundworks. From the first day they have been outstanding to deal with. The LFI Sal took his time in the initial discussions, educating, explaining, discussing my various options and costs, and answering my questions on multiple occasions. Today Foreman Nick, and Lo Foreman Jean came out. They could not have been nicer or more professional. Nick reviewed exactly what was planned and again answered all my questions. They were efficient in completing the work, reviewed everything that was done to ensure my satisfaction, and did a pristine clean up. I could not be more pleased with the interaction, work and professionalism. In a day an age where it is often so frustrating to find services that live up to expectations, I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. I have more work scheduled to be done and look forward to continuing to deal with Groundworks.

I had a rent house come vacant and am in process of doing some repairs to get it ready to sell. I noticed some cracks in the stemwall on one side of the house. I contacted Groundworks to inspect it. A gentleman named Dylan came by and did a thorough inspection and gave me a proposal for peering the wall. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. The next day he called me to inform me that it would be over two months out. I told him I had a problem with the timeline and he said he would see if anything could be done to shorten the lead time. In the meantime I contacted another company and they said they could do the work quickly and gave me a quote. Groundworks came back with a start date much quicker. The other company's proposal was much cheaper. Groundworks warranty and quality of product is very impressive but since I am selling the property keeping the cost down I important. If it were going to be my long term home I would have gone with them. The other company I chose was highly recommended. I would give Groundworks a 5 star rating. They are great to work with.

Kris Boyne was excellent from the time he got out of his and introduced himself to when we said goodbye. His knowledge of the work to be performed was thorough and easily understood. He outperformed his hopes to get me scheduled quickly as there turned out to be a cancellation that got me on the books in six days. OUTSTANDING!!

Groundworks took over the company that had installed my encapsulation. That company seemed to do a good job but they never followed up to do an inspection like they said they would. Chris at Groundworks recently came out to inspect and service the crawl space dehumidifier. He did a thorough inspection and fixed the dehumidifier. Chris was very nice and professional and communicated prior to the inspection as to timing of when he would arrive. The person I talked to in the office was also very nice and professional. Excellent service from Chris and Groundworks.

I think they came out and did a fair assessment The guy was really nice I feel like maybe they were overpriced a bit . But I got other quotes and all the bids were pretty high . I actually ended up selling my house because of The quotes being 60,000 and more . I figured it would be smarter to invest 60,000 into a house that didn't have Foundation problems like this house did . they spent over three hours at my house calculating a quote so I feel like they were very thorough ,

Rama A, John M, Bryce B, Louis V, Victor S, Damion R & Niko B guys were fast efficient, followed orders, knew what they were doing. They worked tirelessly for 7 days crawling underneath my house. They had to crawl through tight areas to get the job done, did about 50 jacks, and threw out insulation in two areas of my home. They also did 7 piers around my home that needed lift and stabilization. Use Groundworks for a fast efficient job if your home needs such work!
