This company is absolutely wonderful, From the moment we got in touch with our inspector Shawn and he made it his priority to get us seen and inspected and even stayed late to make sure we knew all the problems and solutions with our foundation he was very thorough in explaining what was going on, and the process to fix it and the cause and effect of every change, Absolutely wonderful customer service, The crew that came out which was Caleb, Carlos, and Brandon, Were top notch they went above and beyond on doing the work we needed and were great when it came to me asking questions and their explaining of the process was top notch explained everything they did and what everything will do when it comes time to check in on our permanent adjustable jacks, all in all would recommend this company to anybody looking for foundation work, absolute top of the top company

I'm not in the habit of writing gushy reviews, but on a scale of 1-5, our experience was a 10. We had a sinking front porch that needed to be piered. We got a detailed, timely proposal and all of our questions answered beforehand by Daniel R. The work crew, Harold W., Frank L. and Elmo O. did an outstanding job installing the piers and were able to lift the porch back within 1/2 inch of its original position. They answered every question, responded to every request and did extensive cleanup after completing the installation. We even got a discount in real time because they did not need to use all of the materials called for in the original proposal. Harold said they strive to treat each house as if it were their own and they did exactly that. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation work.

We haven't "pull the trigger" yet, but from the initial call I made to Scott driving off, every part of the appointment was awesome. They have tools in their arsenal to make anyone jealous. After examining our "situation" carefully, Scott went to his truck for about 15-20 minutes and came back with a presentation that wowed my wife and I. He explained everything and tried to taylor the estimate to our budget. He absolutely WAS NOT pushy or overbearing with the bid packet. The information he left us more than explained or answered our questions (not that we had any). Scott and Groundworks are polite and professional.

The consultant that came out to assess our needs was very professional and honest. But the crew that did the installation (John, Damian, Strider and Vitor) was top notch! Professional, courteous, respectful of our property and friendly as well. Kept me informed at every step and gave explanations for all my questions. When the job was done they left the worksite pristine. While I hope not to have to get more work done, if I did I would go back to this group.
