In 2008, Jack and Kayln Erickson founded Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting and Tulsa-based Metro Structural joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. Everyone was professional, courteous, and thorough. Mark Teal did a very thorough job of determining the house structure and what work needed to be done, as well as explaining the process to me The work crew, which included Alejandro as the foreman, Michael G and Devon went above and beyond, avoiding taking down a flower bed retaining wall and keeping me informed all the way. They thoroughly cleaned up and even hauled away the excess dirt from digging the holes. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done.

Completely satisfied with the job Groundworks did. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. They installed a total of five piers in two days (Zach, Kenny & Jorge). Notice the shrubs in the picture were not removed or hurt. While they don't guarantee closure of cracks inside or outside, they did exactly that with the foam injected under the slab from inside the house (Joe). They literally lifted an interior wall with that foam! The guys did a great job. Use them.

Chance Bender, Donovan Birks, and Chaastin Antwine did an outstanding job repairing the sagging floor under my house. Their work on the joists was done professionally and with great attention to detail. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. They showed up ready to work, stayed efficient throughout the job, and made sure everything was solid and secure before finishing. The difference is noticeable right away—the floor feels strong and level again. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and their professionalism. These guys definitely deserve recognition. Highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done. Aslp, Rick Holt did an excellent job handling my annual maintenance and inspection. He was very thorough, taking the time to carefully check everything and make sure nothing was overlooked. He explained what he was doing along the way and pointed out anything that might need attention in the future, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure everything is safe and running properly. Professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented—Rick did a great job, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing maintenance or an inspection!

I used Groundworks based on an ad on FB. I called them for an estimate and the representative Mike Olney inspected the area I needed lifting around my pool. He inspected all of my house in case there were other areas that needed taken care of. I find him honest in his estmate and didn't try to convince me other areas needing work. He said my foundation was in good shape. I have a concrete slab that holds my pool equipment that I asked him about. He told me his company couldn't do any this because of the possibilty of damaging the equipment. He said the slab looked stable and it had sunk as much as it would. I appreciated his honesty in his reviews. He recommended GreenSky for the financing. He walked me through the financing. I told him I wanted to show his workup to my son who lives out of the country. He was understanding. I got the financing quickly and a date for doing the work was communicated to me. The work was done today March 18 by Poly foreman Joe and his co lead Kaly. I couldn't have asked for better employees. They called me before they came and gave me estimated time of arrival. They were on time and Joe walked me through all the work they would be doing. He told me I should feel free to come out to see what they were doing. I had not realized my pool cover should have been removed. Joe happened to have the tool needed to remove the necessary tie downs. He took care of it for me. He asked for my advice on a specific area around the pool. I based my decision on his expertise. They did a great job efficiently. When they completed the work, Joe walked me through what they had done. He helped me with understanding the payment from Green Sky and the five year warranty and the three-year yearly inspection. The employee's were exceptional and kind in the work they did. I would highly recommend this company.

I had need of some foundation work and I requested quotes from four different contractors. My salesperson from Groundworks, Brice, provided the most thorough inspection and professional quote of the four. Groundworks was not the lowest cost option but, I felt the most comfortable selecting them. The installation crew of Jorge, Zack, JB and Kenny worked hard and with some assistance from Louise and Alejandro were able to complete the project in a timely manor. Since I do not have any other experience to compare there work to I can only say that I am happy with their work. Jeff K
