History
In 2008, Jack and Kayln Erickson founded Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting and Tulsa-based Metro Structural joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. Compared to the other companies that c ame out and gave me estimates, groundworks was without a doubt top of the list. Groundworks representative spent an hour mapping out all the hollow spots in my driveway. The other companies spent less than 10 to 15 minutes and ended up not finding several of the spots that were actually hollow. So if I would have hired them the job would not have been completed properly. Luke and Anthony came out and did a superb job drilling the driveway and filling it with the polyfoam. They ground out the 20-year-old seals and replace them with the good stuff and I am extremely pleased with the job. Groundworks is top-notch in my book. They're the ones you should call honestly.

I am extremely happy with my groundworks experience. Ty, Josh, and Phillip were extremely professional and very communicative throughout the whole process. They made sure I was comfortable and informed while repairing my foundation and left the jobsite pristine once they were finished. I will definitely suggest groundworks to anyone in need of foundation work for their home. Ty, Phillip, and Josh were consummate professionals, going above and beyond with customer service. I could not be happier with the results. Luke, Kaly, Broc, Anjel, and Justin took care of the actual work while Mark Teal, the Salesman provided a very detailed explanation of the process. Broc, the foreman made sure I understood and was OK with the process and kept me informed throughout the work. His team also did yeoman work in minimizing the impact on the landscaping and made sure that they cleaned up following the lift. Luke and Kaly were fast, efficient and when they were done it was hard to see where they had drilled holes and put in the foam. All in all, before, during and after the project I was kept well informed. That goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction. In the end I have zero issue. Thanks for a great job!

I met JC at the Oklahoma Home & Outdoor Living Show and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to schedule a time to come out and do a free inspection on some work we are going to get done. He followed through on that, coordinating a good date and time for myself and then showed up on time. He was thorough and clear on the work that needed done and what that process would look like, providing videos and case studies, backing that up. He also broke down the cost, showing me payment options. He did all of this in a very non-pressure sales process, primarily just informing me on what is needed and why it needs done. Will definitely be using JC and Groundworks for my foundation needs!
