In 2008, Jack and Kayln Erickson founded Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting and Tulsa-based Metro Structural joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. Nothing was rushed and no corners were cut. Thank you so much Daniel for making what should have been a stressful situation into an educational and enjoyable afternoon. Be safe. Update: October 4th, 2024. This was a stress free experience for us. Injection crew came out to take care of the final touches. They were on time, courteous and explained the procedures for each day’s work. Communication was superb and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thank you Luke, Chris, Isaac, Jason and J. Could not be more pleased with the work done on the house. From the initial inspection/estimate to Isaac, Jason and Chris that were working at the house..i felt they were knowledgeable and courteous. In addition they were able to complete all the work in two days. If you want to feel like your home will be supported for years to come, would highly recommend calling Groundworks.

Groundworks Company employees did our foundation support/repair today. Needless to say, we were nervous about the work and what would be going on during the procedure — wondering if anything would be damaged?! However, our concerns were quickly alleviated by the Foreman Joe and Co-Foreman Kaly — before starting they explained the entire process and invited us to watch them and voice questions and/or concerns. They assured us they would stop work should any problems arise and alert us immediately!! While performing the work, we were invited to participate with them showing us how air escaped from one of the drilled holes while filling the hole next to it. How Wild!!! We instantly felt relief that these very personable company employees were well versed in their job and we were able to relax and trust the process. We entrusted Joe and Kaly to care for our home; knowing they had its best interest in mind! That any further settlement in our foundation would be eliminated! We also have a maintenance program where the company will monitor the foundation yearly; should any changes come about, they would then take care of the issue! Thanks for a great job done; your abilities and your assurances, Joe and Kaly!!! WeTruly appreciate you and your company!

I am extremely happy with my groundworks experience. Ty, Josh, and Phillip were extremely professional and very communicative throughout the whole process. They made sure I was comfortable and informed while repairing my foundation and left the jobsite pristine once they were finished. I will definitely suggest groundworks to anyone in need of foundation work for their home. Ty, Phillip, and Josh were consummate professionals, going above and beyond with customer service. This is review of pier work performed by Dakota, Phillip, Jose, and Josh and foam poly work performed by Luke and Anthony. The teams were great. Job started with Dakota, Phillip, Jose and Josh doing the pier work. Dakota walked me through the process and ensured I understood the job at hand. I was kept well informed of progress and challenges considering the extreme cold. Luke and Anthony came out on day 3 to do the foam poly as pier team was finishing stabilizing and Backfilling the piers. Luke again walked me through the process and expectations. He kept me informed on progress. When work was done I had a walk through with each team with explanation of what was performed. Areas that could not be bright back to original were pointed out and the reasons explained. These were also in line with expectations set when original quote was provided. All of the crew members were polite and on task job site was cleaned up. Great crew and met or exceeded my expectations.

Very satisfied customer thanks to Rick Holt. I had a sump pump and interior drain system installed less than a year ago. Kept having some pump issues and odors. Rick helped relieve my concerns of the source of the smell (not sewer, just bacteria) and gave me a great solution (chlorine tablets). He also took the time to ensure the pump was fixed and working correctly. Rick was really friendly too. I don't anticipate any more issues, but if I have any I hope Rick is the one who comes out to help me.
