Groundwork Rep came out to inspect our home for a couple of areas of concerns we have had recently. A friend had foundation repair recently and gave a hearty recommendation to us for Groundworks. The Representative, Chris Stewart, gave our home a very thorough, detailed review of the foundation areas of concern and after careful exam, gave a report of Groundworks plan to stabilize our foundation. The bid was broken down into the three areas of concern, then he worked with us on the financing. My husband I were impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Groundwork Rep and appreciative that there was no high pressure sales pitch.

Could not be more pleased with the work done on the house. From the initial inspection/estimate to Isaac, Jason and Chris that were working at the house..i felt they were knowledgeable and courteous. In addition they were able to complete all the work in two days. If you want to feel like your home will be supported for years to come, would highly recommend calling Groundworks.

Isaac was the foreman, him and his crew did a wonderful job. They are respectful, polite, and stayed late to make sure the job got done on time. The work was outstanding, and our foundation issues have been fixed. Being on a commercial building, these jobs are much more difficult than other jobs but the work was completed well and on time.

Let me start by saying Groundworks was not the first foundation company I have used. However, I wish I would have used them first. First of all, we were well informed about process and the products / materials being used. The two gentlemen, Lupe Valdez and Stavion Black, who installed the 8 piers needed, were not only hard working but they took pride in their work. They answered all my questions and kept me informed. The two men also gave me the closing information I needed and cleaned up their work area. Groundworks is the way to go!

They also communicated to me through the whole process while the work was being done until its final stages.
