First impressions experienced with sales consultant advisor, Daniel Raymond, were excellent. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He offered suggestions and explained the process. Very pleasant experience. He explained the work and quote and scheduled the work in a timely manner. He helped with a great financing option to make it easier on the payout. The day of the project the techs arrived right on time as scheduled. Luke and Anthony went over the work to be performed and explained everything to my satisfaction. I even added some work based on solutions to a few other problems. They amended the work order and explained the price difference from the original bid. All quite reasonable. They kept me informed throughout the day on choices to be made and helpful suggestions. Luke and Anthony were consistently pleasant and professional and made sure I understood it was important to them that i be satisfied with the work. They finished in a timely manner, when they estimated they would be done. They walked the completed job with me to assure of my satisfaction. And they left the work sites perfectly clean. The following day I was contacted by a friendly lady named Summer who called from the office to make sure I was satisfied. Not only do I recommend this company-I will definitely use them again on a future project we already discussed. And if I have my preference I would use the same people who worked with me on this project. Bill G.

A recent small earthquake caused enough of a shift to our driveway in Stillwater that, with help from the erosion underneath, it collapsed in the center. I was skeptical that it could be repaired and would be facing the cost of a whole new driveway. Not only did Joe Dawes and Chance Bender get the sunken portion lifted back up and fully supported underneath, but my drive looks better than it did before; most certainly raising my property value. I could not recommend the team at Groundworks OKC any higher.

From start to finish, Groundworks provided great work. I am a new homeowner, learning about the woes of maintaining a home. Unfortunately, the foundation on my 1960s house was affecting the ability to close my front door. Daniel Raymond gave me a free, but very thorough inspection of the foundation repairs needed on my home. I was pleased to find out Groundworks offers financing without interest. I probably could have found a more affordable company, but I felt comfort in knowing that the piers have a life time warranty and the foam a 5 year warranty. When the day came to get started on the foundation work, it began to snow. Dakota (structural foreman), Philip (co-foreman) and Jose (installer) still showed up on time and got to work. Although they did not get everything done due to the weather, they returned on Saturday (their day off) to finish where they left off. I especially appreciated that they returned to re-cement a few areas where the mailman and stray cats stepped on. Very sweet of them. On a separate day, "the poly guys" came to inject the foam inside and outside my house. Joe (poly foreman) and Alejandro (installer) explained the process before and as they were injecting the foam. For each section, they made sure I was happy with the results. My pups loved them! Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I was able to call/text any of the foremen and inspector directly about any questions or concerns I had.I recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for quality and reliable foundation repair.

Groundworks Company employees did our foundation support/repair today. Needless to say, we were nervous about the work and what would be going on during the procedure — wondering if anything would be damaged?! However, our concerns were quickly alleviated by the Foreman Joe and Co-Foreman Kaly — before starting they explained the entire process and invited us to watch them and voice questions and/or concerns. They assured us they would stop work should any problems arise and alert us immediately!! While performing the work, we were invited to participate with them showing us how air escaped from one of the drilled holes while filling the hole next to it. How Wild!!! We instantly felt relief that these very personable company employees were well versed in their job and we were able to relax and trust the process. We entrusted Joe and Kaly to care for our home; knowing they had its best interest in mind! That any further settlement in our foundation would be eliminated! We also have a maintenance program where the company will monitor the foundation yearly; should any changes come about, they would then take care of the issue! Thanks for a great job done; your abilities and your assurances, Joe and Kaly!!! WeTruly appreciate you and your company!

Wow!!! Our pool is set on a slope which required a lot of concrete. Unfortunately, after several years due to settlement, we had gaps, cracks and uneven joints. Groundworks not only fixed every single issue, they did it efficiently and with awesome communication! The crew consisted of Luke, Anthony, James, Coy and Mike. Very satisfied customer thanks to Rick Holt. I had a sump pump and interior drain system installed less than a year ago. Kept having some pump issues and odors. Rick helped relieve my concerns of the source of the smell (not sewer, just bacteria) and gave me a great solution (chlorine tablets). He also took the time to ensure the pump was fixed and working correctly. Rick was really friendly too. I don't anticipate any more issues, but if I have any I hope Rick is the one who comes out to help me.

Jim from Edmond came to my house informed me what my house needed, gave me an estimate, set up the work date, called back twice to check if everything was ok, and see if I had any questions. The Supervisor Dakata called and set up a time and arrived on schedule with his partner. They introduced themselves asked if I had any questions and answered them then my wife came out and they answered her questions. On the second day an additional worker named Jose arrived. I asked to observe certain procedures and they complied with my request and explained it. Everyone was Professional, Polite; and Courteous. It was a pleasure to have met them and to know that there are still fine individuals out there working and are Proud and Happy at what they do. God Bless them all.
