Joe and Chance Bender came to my house to stabilize multiple areas, including several bedrooms, a hallway, foyer, inside the garage, and even the sidewalk and driveway. They were professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and always brought concerns to my attention promptly. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Brice, the salesman, was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make arrangements, even answering questions via text on weekends. His dedication really stood out. The pier crew, including Lupe, Chance S., and Stavion, also did an exceptional job. They communicated clearly, were mindful of the property, and worked efficiently to complete the job. I highly recommend Ground Works for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Groundworks for any foundation repairs needed. The foreman, Isaac Garcia and 2 of his crew, Chance Bender and Anthony Wright did a great job. Everything went smooth. I was given updates twice a day on progress and Isaac answered all of my questions. Not one negative thing to post. So pleased with their expertise.

I had need of some foundation work and I requested quotes from four different contractors. My salesperson from Groundworks, Brice, provided the most thorough inspection and professional quote of the four. Groundworks was not the lowest cost option but, I felt the most comfortable selecting them. The installation crew of Jorge, Zack, JB and Kenny worked hard and with some assistance from Louise and Alejandro were able to complete the project in a timely manor. Isaac was the foreman, him and his crew did a wonderful job. They are respectful, polite, and stayed late to make sure the job got done on time. The work was outstanding, and our foundation issues have been fixed. Being on a commercial building, these jobs are much more difficult than other jobs but the work was completed well and on time.
