Groundworks Company employees did our foundation support/repair today. Needless to say, we were nervous about the work and what would be going on during the procedure — wondering if anything would be damaged?! However, our concerns were quickly alleviated by the Foreman Joe and Co-Foreman Kaly — before starting they explained the entire process and invited us to watch them and voice questions and/or concerns. They assured us they would stop work should any problems arise and alert us immediately!! While performing the work, we were invited to participate with them showing us how air escaped from one of the drilled holes while filling the hole next to it. How Wild!!! We instantly felt relief that these very personable company employees were well versed in their job and we were able to relax and trust the process. We entrusted Joe and Kaly to care for our home; knowing they had its best interest in mind! That any further settlement in our foundation would be eliminated! We also have a maintenance program where the company will monitor the foundation yearly; should any changes come about, they would then take care of the issue! Thanks for a great job done; your abilities and your assurances, Joe and Kaly!!! WeTruly appreciate you and your company!

My salesperson from Groundworks, Brice, provided the most thorough inspection and professional quote of the four. Groundworks was not the lowest cost option but, I felt the most comfortable selecting them. The installation crew of Jorge, Zack, JB and Kenny worked hard and with some assistance from Louise and Alejandro were able to complete the project in a timely manor.
