History

Foundation Recovery Systems (FRS) started as a father-son duo in an old coal chute behind a JC Penney store in 1992. Jeff Martin and his father dreamed of a better life for themselves and those around them. From those humble beginnings, Foundation Recovery Systems grew into the area’s industry leader, offering foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, and concrete lifting solutions.

As the business grew, they opened offices in Lee’s Summit, Moberly, Springfield, and St. Louis. As a result, the FRS team now helps homeowners throughout Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Iowa.

Foundation Recovery Systems was pleased to join Groundworks in August of 2018. Through Groundworks support, FRS can now take advantage of training and engineered solutions. This has allowed them to expand their service area to serve more homeowners in Iowa.
