Groundworks – we were so skeptical. Had so many questions and then tried to resolve the matter on our own (by slanting adjacent soils away from the house). However, our house new (15-18 years old) extension kept sinking. So for us we ordered screw jacks. It’s still too new to know how well this will work but we do know Doors are already easier to operate The warranty is lifelong on the house And, the crew that installed it could in been more professional nor caring if our property. Big shout out to the foreman Silvino Hernandez and his amazing crew Alvin, Jorge, Antonio and Roberto. Thank you for easing our minds that this was the right direction for us.

Having concerns about the foundation of your home can be overwhelming. I am so grateful to have found Groundworks! From the moment I started talking with them it was clear that customer service and professionalism is their top priority. Kalen the project manager arrived right on time, and was incredibly thorough in inspecting my home and spending time with me to make sure I understood his findings. Often when I’ve had basic assessments it’s with an estimator who will have no connection to the work, and I value the fact that Groundworks sends the person who would manage a possible project for the initial inspection. I highly recommend them!

Thank you to Aaron Kanter, Groundworks Service Technician for recently doing the annual inspection of the foundational work and crawl space liner encapsulation that was previously done at my home. I am incredibly pleased with the level of support Aaron provided to me during the service. Aaron took baseline readings of my home's main floor that will be used in future annual inspections to more precisely measure whether any shifting or movement occurs. Aaron was thorough in his overall evaluation, answered my questions, and provided suggestions as to how Groundworks may be able to help remediate other problems that I described to him. I will definitely request Aaron for future service inspections as well as for any additional work that I take on. Thank you, Aaron and Groundworks. 5 stars for both!

Groundworks is an extremely professional organization and delivers a quality product as well as customer service. We had our crawl space encapsulated. The person (Kalen) who came to review the product and installation was professional, knowledgeable and reviewed their product without pressure. The crew who came to do the work (Aaron, Elijah, Carlos) were all efficient, friendly, and great at communicating their progress. They did an outstanding job. Groundworks also sent a person to do a site checkup while the crew was working. An overall great experience.

The guys who worked on our driveway and steps were Andre’s Martinez and CJ Cleveland. Both worked well together finishing the project quickly. Immediate results were noticed with driveway slabs and steps being lifted back to their original position. The finished project looks good and with the 5 year warranty will see if it remains in place. Clean up was great and overall a really good job. My only comment would be to obtain gray sand for the caulk instead of tan. I think it would be a more normal and pleasing look.
